Fantastic day out with the friendly, knowledgeable and fun guide Tum. From pick up until drop off she made sure the day went smoothly, pointing out things to the group, always with a smile on her face. Although it is a bit of long day with the traffic coming back in to Bangkok in the evening I think this tour is great value for money, very interesting and even a little bit moving (the war cemetery visit.) If you have a day to spare in Bangkok this tour is worth the time.

We had an amazing day trip to visit The Bridge Over The River Kwai. We were picked up promptly from our hotel by our guide Joe and driver Kasem. They were both very friendly, respectful and informative.
We went to the Railway museum which was incredibly interesting and so much to read the time flew by. The walk over the bridge was much better than we expected and the one hour train ride was well worth it.
After the train ride we had a delicious lunch before returning back to Bangkok.

it is really great you can know more about the river kwai and the death railway and how many people sacrificed their lifes to build this railway, there’s also a train trip to let you to experience the death railway journey. the tour guide is also very good and he is very informative.
