We would book this trip again and again, the communication was very easy via WhatsApp. Everything is booked in advance and we were informed in good time. The hotel resorts were awesome, we were taken there and back with speed boats. From one island to the other islands, we had a private boat, which made the snorkeling trip with us at the same time. It was perfect all round. Thank you very much.

The trip took place as indicated on the program, we had the chance to observe turtles during our snorkeling session. Despite the presence of many other tourists from other boats, the experience was sensational thanks to the supervision of our guides on site. However, we resorted to customer service by phone due to some misunderstanding during the trip including our return to Bali to find our transfer vehicle. Indeed, many taxis claim to be our driver but claim an additional payment, so do not listen! Our driver was waiting for us a few meters further in the harbor.

Considering we didn’t have time to prepare for our short stay in Bali, this all-in-one package was perfect for us. Everything was organized and small discrepancies were immediately dealt with and organized. All around a good tour. We really enjoyed the selected hotels and the ambience. Great sunsets! The snorkeling tour was good, could have been a bit more individual. However, the underwater experiences were breathtakingly beautiful!
