Very well organized – pickup in Jimbaran on time – supply on board with water and cold towels top, and preventive with tablets against seasickness. Very friendly staff. Boat equipped with 4 motors, so that waves were largely mastered without much fluctuation. Many thanks to the entire Gili Get away team

The transfer from Bali to Gili Air was very well organized. We were also picked up at our accommodation on time. Very friendly staff “on the ground” and at sea. We were given water and towels, and there would also have been something for seasickness. Fortunately, we didn’t need it. 🙂 Only: we would prohibit smoking on the boat on the deck above and let us throw the butts into the water!

Good serious and safe company I booked through Getyourguide and after we get in touch with the company. We have booked the outward and return Serangan / Gili T in advance: they include the driver who picks you up at your hotel + the boat. Pay attention to the pick-up or drop-off areas, outside Kuta you have to pay for the taxi in addition (extra) but the prices are frankly reasonable. Arrived at the port, we register you with your name, we give you a badge and we take your suitcases. Same for the return, it is organized your driver awaits you after the boat and takes you to your hotel. The boat is not a wreck, if you want to travel on the roof in the open air you have to queue at the very beginning (only 10 places) and bring sunscreen! By WhatsApp the day before we contact you to confirm the place of pick-up and the time of departure, it’s reassuring and it allows you to confirm everything! I recommend !
