Easy, Peasy. Just follow the directions you are sent. Go to the ticket office described and show your voucher either paper or mobile. They will exchange for a ticket to provide at the entrance. Get in line about five minutes before your assigned time and in you go. Stay as long inside as you wish.

We had an excellent experience getting a timed ticket to see the statue of David and the rest of the museum. The email from Get Your Guide with the instructions was very helpful. Please note that the place you exchange your voucher for your entry tickets (Ricasoli 105) is almost directly across the street from the museum entrance. The building numbers as you approach make it seem like it would be a lot farther away. We purchased our tickets and audio guide the same day as our visit so our name was not on the printout the museum had for the audio guides but the lady at the museum desk just looked at the Get Your Guide online booking info on my phone and wrote down our info and provided us with the guides no problem. We really liked the audio guides. Definitely enhanced the experience. (Tip: We brought our own plug in earbuds so we didn’t have to hold the audio guides up to our ears.)

The access for ticket exchange was incredibly smooth and easy, got in right away even though I was 20 mins early. The statue… it’s a must-see in Florence. It’s a very different feeling seeing it in photos vs in real life. In short, JUST ENTER THE GALLERY AND SEE IT YOURSELF. It was raining today (november) and it’s undoubtedly low season, there’s literally no tour group with minimal crowd. I got a really close look, good photos and even got to sit on the bench behind for a good 15 mins to appreciate this giant art..
