I had no idea of the history of Eau de Cologne and the links to the city. It was not only an insightful tour, but as a perfume lover it was wonderful to have the chance to learn the different notes etc in the process.

This was an interesting tour. It was well-narrated. It was nice to receive a little sample bottle of cologne.

The tour is pretty informational and the price is fair with a free sample of 5ml original perfume. Good to know that #4711is not the same as Farina.

Very interesting to find out everything about the origins of the oldest perfume house in the world!
The guided tour was a bit of history, but also practical. Lovely to see the ancient bottles and perfume production artifacts in the cellars of the original building from 1709, and do a smelling exercise ourselves!
All in all, a memorable experience!

We enjoyed learning the history of the first perfumes and having an immersive experience seeing the building first hand and smelling a few examples of the ingredients. Our guide did a great job answering questions and was clearly very knowledgable.
