Excellent amazing experience, would love to have it again, friendly staff, trip coverage was beautiful

Amazing from start to finish. Highly recommend. No hotel pick-up or drop-off. Can request an additional charge. The nearest metro stop is the Mall of Emirate then a short taxi ride away. Can request to seat in front next to the pilot but it depends on your weight and another request on the day. Video and photographs are available to purchase. Very pleased, I did it! 10/10

We had an amazing flight. The pilot pointed out all of the main attractions and told us some great facts about Dubai. The flight was smooth and we felt very safe.

This was so cool! Seeing all of Dubai at once, seeing the palm which we wouldn’t have seen without the helicopter ride was just amazing.
Mercedes_P –
The experience was great but the
Tour company I never scheduled nothing with them very on perfictioal

Easy process to get checked in, there is a van to take you to the building from the parking lot outside of the police academy. After a short safety video, you’re on your way! Great views of the palm and downtown Dubai.

We sat for an hour after our flight arrival time. Finally I asked what was going on and they said our helicopter was broken and we’d need to wait 1-2 more hours. It was my birthday so they agreed to put us on the 12min flight instead of the 17min flight after hours of waiting, but said no refund. Another couple booked the 22min flight and was told the same. Thank you to Viator for the refund after the fact, but this was a frustrating experience and very commercialized and underwhelming compared to other helicopter tours we’ve done.

We had a good time and the people inside were pretty helpful. I feel the people outside helping you board and disembark need better hospitality training. You can tell there is no communication with the photo group and the team outside. My girl friend was complaining that they did not even say when to take her picture or video. She also asked a few times and they ignored her and were a bit rude/rushing her to get out. I don’t mind paying like $400 for an activity but it was just 12 minutes and in my opinion if you are charing that rate there needs to be more hospitality.

Awesome flight, the 22 minute option felt like the perfect amount of time. Not cheap but definitely worth it!

Great, memorable experience with stunning views from the helicopter! Light refreshments = free water. Other snacks you need to pay for. Souvenir photos/videos too expensive.

We had a great experience it was a first for all of us on a helicopter. The staff was polite professional and awesome. Everything was organized and timely. The operators both behind the desk and the pilot were spot on with communication and handling things. We had a confusion with our times and they solved it quickly without any problems. We would def recommend and do it again if needed.

Being in the front seat. Amazing sights
Safety aspects and instructions thorough.12 mins was a good amount of air time. Good value

First time I’m no show. Missed the time of departure. We were no show. I’m a senior. They should call to confirm. Miscommunication. Never again!
Rosamund_M –
The views were amazing and better than we were able to get from the Burj Khalifa on what was a foggy day. However, in South Africa I had a helicopter pilot who was friendly and explained what we could see and we were allowed to take our own pics with the helicopter too. The end photographs were well done.

Amazing helicopter tour with a lot of information from the pilot. You can see the entire Dubai coastline and other landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and Burj Al Arab from above.
