Food at best was average. Music on boat was terrible and much too loud. Kids running around with no supervision. Crew seemed disinterested in being on board. Entertainment at end of cruise was very good. Would choose not to do this activity again. Not a good experience. Perhaps my expectations were too high.

Horrible choice of activity. Waste of money. Bad food. Bad hygiene. Bad music. Staff is ok but we went in circles and basically floated in the same spot off dock.

Good to know that the cruise starts at 9 pm instead of 8.30 pm.
We left the boat before departure, as we were only allowed to sit downstairs – no open windows, no ventilation, no distance and no one was wearing a mask.

This is just a website of cheating. I booked for me and my family through it as attached photo revealed. when I arrived there they said no booking for you and these websites all are cheaters. I needed to pay again and thankfully I could find the last seats in the cruiser. I send e mail to viator about this and nobody answers. I advise to go direct to the cruisers area at 7pm or earlier and book yourself there otherwise you will pay twice.

I do not recommend this activity at all. There was a stench on the boat and worst of all roaches crawling everywhere, I called the driver to come back and pick us up. He came back immediately and tried to rectify the situation by offering another boat but that boat had flies. There was flies in the juice that they were passing out…I didn’t get to get the pictures of the roaches but I did get the flies.

The views were spectacular with one dance from the whirling derbish man. We went up and down the river three times due to bridges the boat couldn’t get under. We left 30 minutes late. The food said international, in reality Arab and Indian.

When we arrived man would not let us board until he had telephoned someone to ensure we were booked on trip.The boat was full we were taken off one and put onto another boat .The buffet was very poor two kinds of rice and the chicken was all bone with no meat .We saw staff throw food left from buffet into creek.The trip sailed to the bridge turned passed where we started and half way down again to turn and return to where we set off from .We did no cruising down creek only to bridge and back basically .Worst dhow cruise we have done in Dubai.

It was a horrible trip…there was issue with the boat as soon as we boarded…no lights…ac not working…and food got exhausted…half of the people including my family didn’t got food to eat..it was a nightmare…I wanted to book other ride from your sight…but got scared and switched to other site for all other bookings…ihave requested for the refund…Pls llok into it and process the same…

Food is very bad, very less quantity serving, that too in que system. Quality is very bad, one time tanaura dance which is very bad, staff behaviour is not in hospitality manner. There’s no separate table for couples. Have shared table with other guests. Food also served very late, cruising time also not good, toilet not clean
