Very bad experience the people who work at the place charge way more extra , then they offer too sit on the floor or on chairs when we sat on the chair they tried charging extra , very disappointing and self service food very crap , smelly and food hygiene very bad , no respect from the staff at the event , only person that was good was our driver to the event

Riding the bike only. The rest of the tour could be much better. I booked it especially for a bike ride, however was totally disappointed with rest of the trip given that it was not my first safari experience.

They didn’t pick me up, agent didn’t answer. I was waiting at my home after I made the payment. A viator agent told me that they will try to contact the dubai sewer agent but they didn’t not call me back. I called back and spoke to someone who said they will try to help me in a few business days for my refund but it cannot be guaranteed. This does not make sense, I made a payment and the agent did not answer and not pick me up, this is solely the responsibility of viator. Worst experience ever. I want my money back as soon as possible.I want my money back! Please give me back my money. This is not right.

The reason why this has a low rating was not due to the activities involved. Although the activities were somewhat fun, my friends and I were not satisfied with how we had to make arrangements to get there and make it fun. This is a shared ride activity; however, we had 5 adults in our group. Three other people who also paid for this excursion were already in the vehicle for a total of 8. The vehicle was a Nissan Armada. This vehicle cannot hold more than 6 adults and one child comfortably nor safely. The operator kept saying that this was a shared ride. This was no excuse nor was it relevant. I had already mentioned and noted on the paid tickets that 5 adults were coming for this activity. If the company could not handle a group of 5 people, he should have said so. On top of that madness, we ended up having to drive our own vehicle after coming to a meet spot!!! Then we had to follow him the entire way!!! When we got to the Sand Dunes part of the tour, the operator and several others that work with him again tried to tell us that we had a shared ride and attempted to put us all 8 people in an even smaller vehicle!!!
Now all of us have done many Viator trips before, and understand the meaning of “shared ride”. So it just seemed to us that they were trying to get as much money as they could squeeze in a Nissan Armada!! Again, if the guide or company couldn’t accommodate all 5 of us, he just should have said “NO”, and we would have either scheduled for another day or chosen another excursion that could accommodate 5 people! After my friends and I tried to reason with them, they finally agreed to get a vehicle for just the 5 of us to ride over the Sand Dunes. Finally when finished, we were running out of gas and had to stop. Of course, this was not expected since we paid the cost to allow the company or guide to pick us up and drop us off, and made specific arrangements to do so. What a waste of our own gas, time, and money!! Although the activities themselves were fun, what we had to pay and STILL drive our own vehicles was just not worth it!!! I am disappointed and we all we can do at this point is ask for a refund. It a total SMH (Shaking my head)!!

I was thinking how exactly to start, but let it be from the beginning. First the driver was more than 20 minutes late and in 40+ degree temperature that is a long time! Then we found out we weren’t going to be alone but with 5 others (not bad) but when the dune bashing came they started telling the driver to drive slowly and that they weren’t happy and we couldn’t have fun as stopped every 30 seconds. and the whole adventure was no more than 5-10 minutes. Quad biking was good. We paid for the henna painting even though it was supposed to be free, there was no sand board for us which was a bit disappointing and to get on the camel it takes longer than the walk which was very disappointing as well and the guy with the camel even refused to take a picture of us or video, the show was really good. There were no costumes for photos either! Only inside they offered but to buy! And nevertheless it is worth visiting to see the desert and its beauty .
