Stopped at souk and Dubai Mall could see that anytime. No wifi as advertised. Audio did not correspond to what we were seeing which was mostly traffic and motorway.

The driver arrived late which was annoying although he did send updates of his expected arrival time via WhatsApp. He was pleasant and friendly and made us feel comfortable. The audio was enjoyable and informative. Great to see the sights of Dubai at night as it gives a completely different perspective. Glad we took this tour and would definitely recommend it.

The memorable moment was the water fountain display at Dubai Mall. It was spectacular! The driver – Suhail was friendly and helpful. The only downside was, we are the first to be picked from our hotel and the last to be dropped, so the tour took longer than expected

This was not a night city tour it was dropped off at 1 mall left there 40 mins to shop dropped off at another mall left there 1.5 hours to shop taken back to hotel total trip time 3.5 hours. Night tour if Dubai this was not. Dont book.

Had to say unfortunately this was one of the few tours I took in Dubai that I was less than impressed with. It was an audio tour but the audio was out of sync with the driving – possibly because of traffic – but we were being told to check out the buildings that were no where in sight.
One of our first stops was a souk where we were given 45 mins to look around and shop? Yes it was a nice souk (I’d been to it twice before – just not what I was expecting for a night of city lights. The audio kept promoting the romance of the city – probably not too appropriate for the group of people we had in the van (one 10yr old child and 5 singles).
We stopped at a bridge on the beach to see a water flow of some sort – in other photos I saw the water was a variety of colours – for us it was just purple – and difficult to take a good photo from where we got off the bus – as we had about 10 mins which wasn’t long enough to walk far enough away to get a decent photo then back to the van.
We stopped for a photo at the Burj Arab (from a distance) – hoping it would be lit up but it was still early in the evening and a very light purple on just one side came through.
Our last stop was the Dubai Mall where we had an hour to enjoy the fountain show – only problem was we arrived at 09.30pm (which was apparently when the show started) and with it being Eid the whole of the mall was packed and it was difficult to move so it took us at least 15 – 20 mins to walk from one end of the carpark (parking bay 2) to the end of the mall where the fountain show was and by the time we got there the show had finished and we were told we would have to wait another 30 mins for the next show – which we couldn’t do because of having to get back to the bus before it went.
I was really looking forward to seeing the Frame lit up but not even sure we drove past it – certainly didn’t stop to take photos.
The picture of the event was much more interesting and exciting than the event itself.
Maybe Eid and rush hour were not the right time to do it because we did spend alot of time in traffic jams. Although it was good that there was a second driver to take some of the group to their hotels while I was taken directly to mine.
Had this tour been a little more exciting the tour guide would have got a tip – as it was the trip should have just been called shopping in a mall at night.
Also, before the tour started, when I was picked up there was 4 young people already in the van but all the way from my pick up to the last pick ups (which must have been at least 45 mins) – it was dead silence – I would have expected a little banter from the guide just to put 5 strangers in a good mood – or at least stick the radio on – but it was too quiet.
I’m sorry but just can’t recommend anyone paying money for this.

Don’t bother traffic was terrible. Not the company fault there. But the tour was nothing like we expected. No city lights to rave about. Went to a soul 30 minutes time given. Then to a road fountain was ok. Then to Dubai mall to watch the fountain which was the only good thing about the tour. Four hours of three things. One couple had been picked up at 5.30 and by the time we got back it was 11pm.

The driver was constantly talking on the phone loudly while driving. Although there was an ear piece for the tour, we felt that this behavior was not courteous to the guests. Dropped us off for the fountain show and we had to find our way to the fountain which was very crowed and the fountain show was not as good as the one in Las Vegas.
