Rakesh picked us up in a comfortable and clean car for an amazing private tour with history of the island and it’s people. We visited the temple and markets for shopping. The garden of the sleeping giant was magical. Mud bath and hot springs were so relaxing. Highly recommend!

The itinerary for the tour is a good representation of the primary spots to visit well and Nadi; our tour guide was very kind and attentive, however, was really more of a driver than a guide, as she had very little information to share about the town, the country of Fiji, or the prominent sites we visited.

Such a brilliant tour of Fiji, with diverse experiences that gave you a strong sense of place. the mud baths were particularly fun and my family found it really unique and exciting! We also purchased some great souvenirs with our tour guide giving us local advice on where to buy authentic Fijian gifts. Rakesh was a brilliant tour guide, and actually, after one of our tours was cancelled due to weather we rang him to see if he had any other tours available and he gave myself and my partner a tour of a village that day. We were so grateful for Rakesh going above and beyond to make sure we experienced Fiji.

We had two days (one night) in Fiji and wanted to get as good a feel for the place as had never visited before. I booked Rakesh’s tour online and it was so great to see his smiling face welcoming us on the afternoon tour. We visited the temple, market, Jack’s souvenir shop, gardens and – probably the most memorable of all – the hot pools and mud bath. It was such an interesting day out that we asked Rakesh about a tour the next day. He was able to organise this for us, exactly as fitted in for us. Madhu picked us up and took us to a pottery village and to see a cultural show and then to a wonderful beach and restaurant for lunch. It was all really interesting and relaxing and we feel like we really got an idea about Fiji. Thank you so much to both of you for a great end to our trip!

Loved the sleeping giant and the mud pool. It was a lovely day and we thoroughly enjoyed our trek of the luscious and varied plants, flowers and vegetation at the sleep giant! The mud pool experience was unique and enjoyable too. Our guide Madhu and Shivan were very good, helpful and shared brief updates on Fijian culture. As tourists it will be great to hear a bit more about local customs, practices and tips when travelling.

The tour wasn’t that good. You don’t get much time to explore the attractions. They also don’t give much information about the temple/gardens etc. And then you get a lot of time in a shop to buy souvenirs, very unnecessary. Also the driver(boss of the company) was a bit over the top with his stories and a bit full of himself. The mudpools at the end were very good. Tip: bring lunch/snacks

Wow where do I start… If you are planning on travelling to FIJI, don’t go to no one else but Rakesh and or his company. He was so kind, informative, prompt and made sure we got the most out of our tour. I wouldn’t even bother trying another tour guide because his service was ELITE.
To Rakesh, Thankyou so so much for showing us around Nadi, taking us to the temple, village, sleeping giant and hot springs mud pool! Your knowledge of the city and deliverance of the tour made it something we will remember forever ! See you when we are in Fiji next to do it all over again.

We chose this excursion the day we landed in Nadi. It was a great way to see several of the important sights, do some curio shopping, and relax in a mud bath after a long flight and day. The guide was very knowledgable and did an excellent job of explaining everything we were seeing. It was cram packed and did feel like we were always hurrying. No meals are provided, so bring a snack or two.

So it was my first solo trip to Fiji for a Spartan Race and I had some downtime before it was the race weekend. I really wanted to start off my first Fijian experience with something easy to not overwhelm myself in the beginning and boy was I glad I did. Our tour guide for the day was Mr. Avi and he was such a pleasure to have led our little group tour for the day.
I won’t go into details of the tour in this review as I’m pretty sure that the other reviews are way better at describing it than I ever could, but what I will say is that Mr. Avi was very understanding when I left my phone in the back seat and drove all the way back to my hotel to deliver it (for a small fee of $50 Fijian dollars), which was most appreciated! So please don’t be like my forgetful self and double-check your belongings before leaving anywhere!
Overall, I enjoyed it and got along with the other tour group attendees pretty well, so highly recommend it for sure!

Our tour guide Rakesh, who also turned out to be the owner, was a really knowledgeable and friendly guy. He was able to give a really good overview of the history and significance of the places we visited. Being a small operator, I felt the tour was personalised and didn’t feel pressured about the time spent at each stop. The mud pool and hotsprings were definitely the best part of the tour. I highly recommend this tour and operator. Thank you for a fantastic and memorable day!

The Mud Baths were super fun, and Sleeping Giant was very beautiful and peaceful. The market and Kava was interesting and informative. If it is possible a little less time at Jack’s for some time on a short tour or little walk downtown with some learnings about the history of Nadi itself would have been cool. Our guide Avi was very accommodating and helpful. I would recommend this tour and Avi to anyone.

The driver was informative about Fijian and the Indian Fijian history and culture. However, the tour did not stop at the Viseisei Village even though it was part of the itinerary. When asked, the guide said it was an “option” and said he already went over the information the village would’ve presented. We were also rushed at the Garden of the Sleeping Giant. We spent maybe 15 minutes when the itinerary said 30 minutes. The garden was absolutely beautiful, and we only walked around the entrance area. We spent more time at The souvenir shop than the garden. Please revise the tour description because it’s not accurate. Thank you.

Where do I start.
Total waste of money. Didn’t go to all listed places, no drinks supplied as stated. The guide Rakesh (the owner) refused to pick people up from the hotels as paid for as a part of the trip without a further cash payment or you have to make your own way to the first place.
Then dropping people off at Denarau Island (a place he said he would collect and drop people off to, he demanded and received cash payments from those dropped off.
You are not given the time stated on the tour listing at the places with one exception the souvenir shop which I suspect he receives a payment from the store for bringing people to.
He was really direct about we were to go shopping only at the souvenir shop but not to do shopping at other venues.
We paid AUD $750 for this tour and felt totally ripped off. All of the others in the van we spoke to had similar stories.
The final thing I will say is that there are a number of similar reviews of Rakesh and this tour on here all of which state similar problems and I note that Rakesh has even responded to some of, and there has been no change to his conduct. All of the poor reviews of this tour are in fact accurate.
You can also go to all of the places yourself and don’t need a tour.
