nice day out from the hustle and bustle of Paris city centre. nice view and walk. comfy and warm bus. restaurants there generally have bad reviews on Google but do take them with a bucket of salt. it’s a tourist location. prices expected to be high. food at auberge (?) restaurant was good. don’t rush the waiters.

Absolutely recommend this if you dont want to rent a car and have short days planned to france. We boarded around 7 and came back around 9pm. They stop for breakfast and dinner in the toll area stops. We went for this day trip during our short stay for 4 days during thanksgiving holidays. Weather was nice we had enough time to click the pictures and visit abbey on the top.

excellent experience, the right opportunity for a trip “out of town” from Paris, the bus trip, albeit long, allows you to see the French countryside and Normandy in particular. Le Mont-Saint-Michel is a special place to see at least once in a lifetime. In December there is a low turnout and you can visit calmly. (for the organizers, a quick stop at Omaha beach would have been interesting, since it’s more or less down the road).
