Being up so close to the animals was just fantastic, the whole day was just so much fun, and the respect the people show towards these beautiful creatures is overwhelming ❤️

The tour says up to $208 usd for two people, and throughout the booking process and checking out it is still $208 usd. However, once I paid – The price automatically changed to confirmation- paid $416 usd.
The actual experience -I filled out the registration form specifying my food allergies. This was further confirmed at the restaurant. The samewaiter that confirmed she understood my allergies brought out the food so I ate it. However, every single dish had gluten ( Which is what I’m allergic to). I’m still suffering the consequences of eating their food. This is unacceptable behaviour and I hope to be compensated for this

The 3 experiences were all unique, allowing for close viewing of the animals in a safe environment.
Our guide, Yan, is one of the best guides we have had anywhere in the world. Her enthusiasm for her job shows in the way she researches to give up to date information not just for the subject matter but also for her country.
She was very knowledgeable, cheery and adaptable, answering all our questions. She is obviously well respected by the other guides too.
We would recommend this tour to see the animals and learn about them and what is being done to secure their future.
