Truly one of the best excursions I’ve ever taken! From start to finish the company was exceptionally professional. The communication before the trips was great. We worked out our pick-up location even though it was not on the list. The driver was courteous and the transportation was fancy. Now to the best part… seeing the whales!! The catamaran ride was a blast- along with music, drinks, sandwiches and chips. The guides on the boat were knowledgeable, cool and easygoing, and fun. We had quite the whale show. This one young humpback went from boat to boat curiously visiting, jumping, splashing, and even letting some people pet him! It was thrilling to watch. We always felt safe and taken care of. I’m looking forward to our next trip with Pezgato!

Whale-watching tour itself was great. Had to take a cab to a pick up point and then found out the departure point was across the street from our hotel. Needs to be better communication on that but otherwise it was great. Saw a lot of whales, nice light lunch and drinks included.

Really enjoyed whale watching on a catamaran. We saw several humpback whales. Crew was fun and knowledgeable. They served delicious breakfast burritos and drinks. Pick-up at our hotel was on-time and courteous. The excursion was to last two hours, but unfortunately it was cut a bit short because the boat waited nearly 30 minutes for a couple of late customers. Wasn’t really fair to all of us who were on board and ready to go on time.
