We loved this! I was a little nervous about my six-year-old, but after only a 5-minute practice session she did great navigating around tourists and cyclists along the riverwalk. We easily could have gone longer than 30 minutes – if we had been in town longer, we would have booked it again. A highlight of our time in Brisbane.

I was excited for the mini segway tour, it would have been my first time on a Segway and I had just flown into Brisbane a few hours before so I was eager to see the city. I made my way to the agreed upon park and waited there for 45 minutes before giving up. When I requested a refund, it was denied as they stated they were there waiting. Not sure how we could have missed each other in a fairly small park, but it was super disappointing regardless. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company.

Ruben is very friendly and considerate. Though our original booking is in the morning and was missed due to the covid staffing issue, he proposed to offer us a sunset tour just for me and my son. The tour was so great that we didn’t even want to stop. Strongly recommending this to family with young kids who want to experience the Segways.
