Never experienced the Bourbon Trail, but Viator made it quick and easy !
Our tour guide and host Yosvany was excellent!! He planned all the stops on our day long trip and also kept us on our toes. (you will lose track of time there) It was great to sit back, relax and enjoy the best bourbons, while he safely drove us around the countryside to all the major Distrilleries. I would recommend this trip in a minute to anyone looking for the same experience. Well Done & Thanks again Yosvany !

Our driver Belkis was just awesome. Very Knowledgeable, friendly and organized. The van was very clean. I will book again! She was able to get us in the tour at Buffalo Trace and the company was very flexible with us.

Unfortunately this was not a very good trip. This was our second tour for the week. The first one, with another company, was pretty amazing. Mots of great information and they helped guide us at the distilleries. Our tour guide with Viator could speak very little English and wasn’t knowledgeable on any of the tours. She would lead us to the door and then leave. Other tours included lunch at a cool restaurant. This one didn’t include lunch and we stopped at a Wendy’s drive through.

This was an excellent experience for my husband and I as we celebrated my 40th birthday. All the stops were amazing but Woodford was the top visit. Vernice our driver was great and even made a pit stop at another distillery close by which was awesome (Castle and Key). Very impressed, would book again.

Van pulled up with back end taped up and back door not working so had to store all purchases at feet.
Van was too cramped for group which ruined the full day experience.
I would definitely recommend paying more and going with a higher end tour company.

This was our first experience on the bourbon trail. Jorge was our driver he was great. We toured 3 distillery (woodford,bulleit, buffalo trace) and 1 bonus (castle and key) we were able to squeeze in. We even had time to stop for a quick lunch at this cute local pizza place near Buffalo trace. We were paired with one other couple who were really great we enjoyed spending the day with them. I would defiantly use this company again if we ever do the bourbon trail again. Highly recommend.

The bourbon tour was great, we went to Four Roses, Buffalo Trace, and Woodford Reserve during the day. Belkis, our driver, was very helpful and friendly. She drove great and got us everywhere on time. Only reason I don’t give 5 stars is that the communication from the tour team was abysmally bad leading up to it. The event confirmation I got had the wrong date, pickup time, and no specified third location. I tried to reach out to confirm and times with no response. When I finally got in touch through our driver, they said they never got my messages and then proceeded too immediately respond through the app. Overall good experience, but communication needs to improve.

A full fun day for a couple (celebrating their anniversary.) Bilkis our guide for the day was engaging and knowledgeable- she even got us a congratulations balloon at one of the stops. We were able to pick the distillers from a pre-determined list which made it special with our choices. We loved that there was no driving and we were picked up and dropped off an our hotel. Markers Mark is a super stop, if you have the time.

We booked this trip to see a few distilleries and were thrilled with how smoothly it was run. As the person who is always in charge of planning and getting us where we need to be, it was so nice Surprisingly fun and interesting museum. They have done a great job of making this a tour that’s fun for all ages. The historical elements are enriching and the experiential stuff is just so cool! We got to take pictures holding Babe Ruth’s bat! I highly recommend for anyone who likes baseball or seeing how stuff is made. as the person who is in charge of planning and logistics for family trips, it was awesome to sit back and relax while someone else got us there. Our tour guide, Belkis, got us checked in at each distillery and made sure we knew exactly where and when we needed to be somewhere. We visited Four Roses, Woodford Reserve, and Buffalo Trace. All were great, but we like Woodford the most. Overall, I highly recommend this tour for a good, fun day, especially for you planners who want a day to enjoy 😀!

We had a good time on the trip but the vehicle broke down, which they sent another van to pick us up at the next stop. We had to wait for about an hour for the Uber to get there, missed the next tour and was behind the rest of afternoon. Our gal that took us was fantastic!!!!! But, she did tell us that since we missed a tour, got delayed and for the inconvenience that half of our money would be refunded. I received an email that $40.00 was going to be refunded to me. That is not half. I do hope that someone reaches out to me to resolve this.
