A really good day which we had to ourselves because of a previous cancellation. A good pace throughout the day and we were able to finesse the schedule.

Great tour. Went with Jelle, who runs The Dingo Tours operation. Lovely chap, very knowledgeable about the area, fauna and flora and Australian history. Only 5 of us on the tour. Started with early entry into Featherdale wildlife park which allowed us up close contact with the animals. The coach parties were just starting to arrive as we left. On to a really nice walk around Wentworth falls, then Three sisters viewpoint, then Pulpit Rock, each time avoiding the coach tours. Fantastic views at each location and nice picnic lunch. Back via 30 minute stop at the Botanic gardens arriving in Sydney at 5:30pm. Loved it.

My tour was cancelled 3 days before the tour date and I was offered an option which was not at all comparable to the tour which I had booked. Cancelling the tour, because I was the only one signed up, is understandable but a bit more notice of cancellation would have been better because I was left at the last minute looking for a tour which covered the points that this tour was going to cover.

Our guide, Charlie is an excellent guide. He is very knowledgeable about the area. This tour can be flexible with what the group wants to do. Highly recommended.

Thank you Jelle, Dingo Tours for selecting a route that provided a great personal experience of this beautiful place. We enjoyed the historical and cultural commentary and music along the way. Birds, plants, some hiking and a picnic away from crowds, with only one day to see the Blue Mountains, this trip was ideal.

There were only 4 of us in our group which was nice. We visited the Featherdale Animal Sancuary and fed the wallabies. We managed to see the Blue Mountains despite the smoke from the bush fires. Our guide was very informative. The scenery was absolutely stunning. We did a hike, which was described as easy to moderate, my husband and I are fairly fit but I would describe this as moderate to hard. Towards the end of the hike it is mostly uphill (alot of steps) and in the heat and after over an hour of hiking took its toll. Also we hadn’t eaten since our breakfast at our hotel before pickup at 0720, it was now 1300 so I would suggest you take plenty of snacks and water with you. However, the views along the route were amazing and we were rewarded with a lovely picnic at the end. This is a full day and well worth it.

highlight of my week in Sydney. Picked up nice and early. Had little picnic before heading off on walk. Was just lush and peaceful away from where all the normal tourists head to. Tour guide Carlos was fabulous and had great knowledge. Read up on what is involved, we were unfortunate to have had someone who was very unfit and slowed group down a little although this did allow us to see the stunning scenery along way. Stopped and had little break under s cliff looking out over the blue mountains, snacks provided by tour provider, continued with walk to beautiful waterfall and washed face in water to cool down. Stopped for great lunch in little cafe, Turkish bread sandwiches freshly made. Then had drive to couple more lookouts again away from where all the tour drives go to see 3 sisters. Lovely drive back to Perth through some of towns in blue mountains. Would highly recommend booking this tour

My girlfriend and I went on tour with Alexander on a chilly but beautiful Wednesday morning I February. We were very excited about the first stop and delighted to experience the animals in the wild life park before everyone else.
From here on, the weather conditions changed for the worse which resulted in an interesting trip, but not as scenic as expected. You could tell the trip was made for good weather conditions which obviously not implied a rainy and foggy Wednesday. I believe that if the weather would have been great, we would have loved the tour even more. Alexander did a nice job as our guide and knew everything and explained things thoroughly and understandable.
    The lunch was great!
The rating is inky tour starts because it seemed like there wasn’t any “plan b” when most of the trip was covered in fog. Would recommend everyone and anyone to do this trip!

We had a great time. Walk in the mountains though its really tough, its fun. Seeing the rock formation, the falls how beautiful the nature is and to mention our tour was very private, we are only four in a group, and our tour guide , Yela was great , on time and patient
I recommended this tour, you can request to go to scenic world, additional adventure

Amazing day trip! Our guide Jelle was great and took us to places where large busses can’t go. We were total of 9 guests which allowed us to ask questions and had personal time with our guide. I recommend this tour 100%!!!

Kat was an excellent guide, telling us history and experience in the blue mountains region . We had enjoyable day with Kat she took us to off road over looks, and we had a picnic lunch. Good day

Ian was our host for the day. He was prompt and provided a commentary for the day that was local and informative. We picked up the remaining guests and headed out of town for our stop at the farm. We saw a range of Aussie animals but Koalas, Kangaroos and Kookabarras were especially enjoyable. We visited a range of well known places, was provided with a packed lunch and scenic walk and given such a good back story by Ian.

Unfortunately it poured rain and the mist prevented us from seeing the Blue Mountains at all.
The visit to the Featherdale Nature Park was great (could have used another 1/2 hr) and the tour guide attempted to make the tour enjoyable by taking us to a lovely village of Leura.

  17. William_T

Very knowledgeable and entertaining guide took us safely from site to site. Always felt like we had plenty of time to take in the view or activity and never felt rushed. Over all a great experience that was well worth it!

  18. Sharon_K

It was amazing scenery, and our guide was so informative and congenial. He was patient and explained everything in great detail.

  19. Gary_P

Full day of great sights and fun guide. Recommend a smaller group in order to experience more of the Blue Mountains.

This was the best tour I did in Australia and NZ. The guide was nice, told us a lot about Australia/ Blue mountains history and also about the flora and fauna. We could see he was passionate about the animals and plants and very engaging and welcoming person. Can only highly recommend the tour – it was really worth the money
