This was an excellent way to see the important places in Bangkok as well as experience local ways of travel and life. I reccommend everyone choose the full experience as the canal trips on the long tail boats and local lunch was a highlight for me. Mina was a terrific, attentive and knowledgeable guide who helped explain all the history and context of what we were seeing at the palace and each temple as well as facilitating the ferry and tuk-tuk rides to get from place to place. Plus the walking components were enjoyable, not too far and gave a chance to experience local colour

The temples are beautiful and the boat tour of the real Bangcock was my favourite part. The guide is super sweet! For the temples wear something that covers your ankles and shoulders yet breathable and light. A shawl to cover the shoulders is not allowed, must be a piece of clothing where the arm enters a sleeve. Nbd, just is what it is!

The tour is a bit overrated and stretched, could be done in 3 hrs, it is good for those interested in buddism history of Thailand. Was a bit tiring walking in hot weather, jumping into and from boats, not many places to hide from the sun, limited toilets location, so it’s not for everyone. The guide Pat was very helpful though, she also helped us to plan other activities.
