Good pickup service, guide was very interactive and thoroughly showed enthusiasm from start to end. First waterfall stop was as described with plenty of time to wander and explore. We were quite surprised to be told we would be visiting a jewellery building which wasn’t in the itinerary. This particular part of the the tour was very sketchy and salespeople at the store were extremely persistent and pushy in trying to sell expensive jewellery. We spent around 45 minutes here and every minute there felt like a lifetime. I was very relieved to sit back on the bus after this part. We then visited another park which had another waterfall, again given time to explore and roam. A complimentary food stop was after this however unsurprisingly, no drinks weren’t included and prices for this were quite inflated. Food was delicious however. A boat trip following this and it was exactly as described, good views and can’t really fault. Lastly was the bazaar tour, initially directly into a clothes shop and given a sales pitch which then led to us having around 90 mins to explore the whole bazaar by ourselves followed by the shuttle back home. Overall, a good experience but significantly let down by the impromptu jewellery warehouse visit.

Overall the trip was OK but our tour guide was disappointing and made the experience not so great. He wasn’t very friendly or energetic to start off. Then mostly, he wasn’t clear in his instructions so the group was always confused about where to go, where to meet again and at what time. He never stayed with us so we ended up looking for him or being confused about next steps. We didn’t have a phone number for him so couldn’t reach him. The phone number the tour company provided me wasn’t in fact his number. Once after struggling to find him, the tour company reached out to him on my behalf. After he told me where he was (already by the boat), I went to him with some other people from the group. He was annoyed and gave us attitude whereas he should’ve been clear in his guidance, not disappeared all the time so we couldn’t ask him questions if needed and tried to locate us not the other way around. Some people didn’t even make it for the boat ride.
We stopped at two shops which I understand are good for business but not really what a tourist expects to be showed in Antalya via a tour: a jewellery shop and a souvenir shop.
The Duden Waterfall visit was nice but it was pretty much transport there and back. There was no explanation or anything a tour guide usually shares: the history, what it means, etc etc.
Still, with taxis a rip off in Antalya, this was reasonably priced and pick up and drop off is arranged. Lunch at a local restaurant was nice.

The main thing that let us down about this tour was the random trip to a jewelry warehouse where pushy sales people try get your to purchase expensive jewelry and diamonds. This isn’t specified on the description of the tour on the website and It honestly just felt like a waste of 1 hour. If I’m paying for a tour on Antalya, don’t take me to a random jewelry warehouse in the middle of nowhere.

This was such a terrible tour, I could not wait for it to end. They picked me up late in a small and a bit worn out mini van. Then after about an hour and a half of picking up others we arrived at the first water fall. They then put us in a bus with a much bigger group for the rest of the day. The group being so big made things not enjoyable, the guides simply could not manage so we ended up taking longer at each stop and even leaving one person and her kid behind at one stop. The worst part of the tour was the random jewelry warehouse stop. We were there for so long it made no sense…but then they rushed us to finish our lunch. We were also not given enough time in the old town. The boat trip was not enjoyable as it was very crowded (we were yet again combined with other groups). The guides seems so uninterested and especially the English guide was so rude. At every stop they just sat around and talked amongst themselves. Finally, at the end of the tour they were trying to convince me to take my own transportation back to my hotel. They lied and told me it would take 2 hours before we reached my stop if I went with them when in reality it wasn’t even a 45 minute drive. Obviously I do not recommend this tour — I would suggest even spending more to experience something with good value.
One positive was the service and food at the restaurant we went to for lunch.

The waterfalls were great. However part of the tour was stop at local jewelry center, where we spent more than hour and it was terrible and boring. Also I expected some guided tour through city center, however the guide only told us where we can buy crappy clothes from his friends and that was all.

The title of this booking says that cable cars are included but when we got to the tour bus, the tour guide told us the cable cars are closed on Mondays (our tour was on a Monday) and that the people who we booked it with should have told us that. Yet none of the tourists on the bus knew about this. Viator trip advisor took our money, promising us that cable cars are included and as it is written in the title you naturally assume that’s the case. It’s all lies. We went on a very dull water ride instead where there was literally nothing to see but the ocean. Very disappointed as the cable car was the highlight of all of our tour trip and we were really excited to go on it. Will never book with this website again.
