While the description on Viator states clearly that it’s a private tour (see pic attached) and only our group was to participate, we were given a bus tour with 40 other people. When we showed our tour guide the booking, they just said oh ok but you are booked with us on this group tour. No apology from the manager, no concession for a wasted day. It was our last day in Antalya so we didn’t have an option to cancel or book something else and had to go along.
They just take you in the bus from one place to another and leave you for 30 mins at each stop. There is minimal information or guidance provided.
They cover all sites mentioned – yes but it’s not really a guided tour.
The food was at a decent restaurant with limited menu and really bad kids meal. My 6 year old kid got 3 pcs of chicken nuggets and re fried French fries, which he didn’t touch. This is after requesting a special kids meal.
The boat ride and cable car right at the end were a silver lining for us.

What an amazing full day tour, value for money deluxe, a whole 9 hours long. Our guide Ebrar was super educated, well spoken and very informative. This tour was one of the best on our trip so far. Highly recommended. The only VERY irritating stop was at the jewelry showroom where the staff was very pushy and annoying 🙄 Besides this, the lunch was huge and most delicious 😋 All entrance fees are included, even for the cable car.

Had such a great time with my family. Our tour guide was the best! the day went by really fast because of how much fun we were having. The kids loved it, especially being on the boat! The most important part of any tour is the journey beyond just seeing the sites. Unfortunately the the tour buses were in a deplorable condition and the window glasses were stained dirty. Missed seeing the sprawling countryside and was left to the imagination of the wonderful guides narration.

Duden falls, upper and lower definitely worth seeing. The cable car was also worth doing. Our guide was very friendly and chatty. I was disappointed in the boat trip, and also annoyed to waste an hour of the day to go to a massive silver/ diamond warehouse. It was just a sales ploy and definitely a hard sell. I would have rather spent the time in Antalya city finding out a bit about the history. There was no time in the old town which I was expecting. The lunch venue was good with quality food and service.
