Everything was good. Other reviews had mentioned lengthy stops, poor food, poor value, and insufficient time at Whitehaven Beach. Both boats were excellent, the sea was quite rough from Hamilton Island to Whitehaven Beach, a few people didn’t handle that well . The time at Whitehaven was about 2 hours, more than enough. The snack was good. Stops at Daydream & Hamilton Island both ways were quite short. Our trip took us different ways each way, passing on different sides of South Molle Island. Staff were very good. I cannot see any way they could make the trip better, there wasn’t any official commentary along the way which I preferred.

An absolutely breathtaking experience that you must do when visiting Airlie Beach. We’d heard that Whitehaven Beach was beautiful but you have to see it for yourself to truly appreciate it’s beauty!
It provides excellent value for money and the staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. From the complimentary tea and coffee throughout the entire trip, morning tea including fresh melon, oranges and cakes, the free use of stinger suits and the setting up of beach HQ were free beach toys were provided for our 2 hour stay to the landing craft getting it’s passengers to and from the beach to ship, it was brilliantly organised and orchestrated. A must do

Parking is expensive, cost us $16.40 to cover the time of the excursion. Staff at check-in were very good and greeters did their job. Pretty good interaction with boat staff, given that they have to do the same thing every day. Whitehaven at high tide is excellent, although the service tent didn’t have mask and snorkels available. There’s only sand but many big fish to see as they wait for the feeding time. Maybe take your own. As we lined up at the end of the beach time to get on the transfer craft, they started cooking burger patties on a big BBQ, don’t know who for, but putting all of us hungry travellers to that aroma was cruel as we were close and downwind. At the fish feeding time, it’s best to be in the deepest water part of the circle of people around the feeding guy.
Value for money? Well $125 pp is a bit much I think as they get a lot of bums on seats, so they rake a lot in. I estimate their gross income per trip must be around $10,000, could lower it a bit.
