Ibrahim was a great guide. He was very knowledgeable and flexible, giving us the perfect amount of time at each site. This is a “must see” part of the city and this tour is the best.

Tour guide and driver were late so our 10am tour started at 10.15am. Our tour guide seemed to be in a hurry and told us only basic facts. The Citadel and Mohammad Ali Mosque are stunning places and there is a good view of the city from the terrace on a clear day. We would have welcomed more general information from the guide. The synagogue was also listed on the tour but we weren’t notified on booking that this was actually closed..
We then drove on to Coptic Cairo and had a very rushed and brief tour around the hanging church and Church of St Sergius.
The tour guide took us back to the car and left us at this point to be returned to our hotel by the driver
The whole trip took 2 hours when it is advertised as 4 hours, so it was definitely NOT good value for money compared to the other tours we have taken this week.
Guide walked way ahead of us, too fast and information was slim.

Immediately after booking I was contacted by the host and was encouraged to start the tour earlier than the booking time. He was very pushy and made me question whether or not I wanted to continue with this tour. The tour went ahead- and it was a mediocre experience
We were shown the hanging church and then the Cavern church- nothing was even mentioned about the Ben Ezra Synagogue, which was listed in the description. We did not hear about it or get to see it. The information that was provided by the tour guide was questionable and when we would ask question about the information he was not sure of any of the answers.
We chose to not visit the mosque as that was a part of our tour the following day, so this tour was very short.
Not worth our money for the experience that we received.

Ehab was our guide ! The nicest, resourceful and helpful, we spent a great time with him listening to his explanation.
Our car driver Ahmed “Party Guy” was funny, warm and very nice also, he made us discover great Egyptian music.

The tour guide, Abla (hope this is the correct spelling) and the driver were great. They arrived on time to fetch me at the hotel (in the morning). The first stop / site was the Islamic Mosque (Museum). Nice mosque; had a panoramic view of Cairo at the viewpoint next to the mosque; took some photos. After that we visited a few churches, other places of worship, and a bazaar/souq.
Overall, the tour was nice, but sadly there were people that we came across who did not show any respects (quite rude) towards outsiders / tourists. I did not feel welcome there. Too bad…
That’s why I gave only 4 stars to this tour even though the guide (very knowledgeable) and the driver were great.

Doaa was our guide for this tour and she was excellent! She was very knowledgeable about every site we visited and had a great energy. The tour itself was a nice combination of religious sites, local arts & crafts, and the large market. Definitely recommend this tour and Doaa as your guide!

Guide and driver were very professional and courteous. We had an excellent tour of the mosque and hanging church, and managed to purchase the remainder of our souveniers. If your a Christian and NOT making the trip to Alexandria, I highly recommend visiting the Coptic Church on your visit to Cairo.

Our tour guide was less than happy giving us the tour, rushing through the day and by and large, making us uncomfortable. I traveled alone on this experience with two of my children, and the guide seemed less than thrilled alone with a woman and children. He rushed ahead of me, taking one child out of sight. His facts were not correct, aside from the mosque. He started a loud call to prayer in the mosque, resulting in all eyes on us, making us even more uncomfortable. Under the right circumstances this would be an incredible tour, but we ended it with more than half the time remaining and never went to the market. It didn’t seem like a safe decision with this guide.

Great tour for anyone who wants to get a little deeper into Cairo than the pyramids and the Egyptian museum. Our guide Ehab and driver Assem were both helpful and informative. Very professional but also friendly and personable. Saw the Citadel, Alabaster Mosque, churches of Coptic Cairo, and different types of shops and markets. It was a perfect tour for our “extra day” in Cairo. Blessings to Eham and Assem!!

The two main sights – the citadel and the hanging church – were both interesting, though our guide kept walking ahead and we had to try and keep him in sight. We didn’t go to Khan el-Khalili. It had been agreed that the driver would take us on to the airport, and he was great! He found us a hole-in-the-wall local restaurant for lunch on the way with excellent food.

Our short tour with guide Abla Saif and driver Mohamed was an efficient way to see the top historical attractions in Cairo city. Our guide was knowledgeable about the sites and explained the key points well. We also had an extra Felucca ride on the Nile arranged by the company for an extra fee, which was very pleasant and enjoyable.

I had a great tour of the holy sites and of Cairo. My tour guide, Alba Saif, was great. She was very knowledgeable about the Coptic and Islamic areas. She even educated me on local Cairo, and we went to local Cairo merchants and was able to support them. I had an excellent time with Alba!

Our guide was waiting for us at our hotel at the appointed time. Over the half day(actually more) we experienced the citadel and mosque, a tour through the Coptic quarter, visits to a fragrance factory, a papyrus factory, jewelry, and an alabaster shop in the old Khan Kahlilj market. A lunch in a restaurant other banks of the Nile was also included. This was a great q way for us to get acquainted with Egypt before we began a guided tour there. Our guide spike excellent English, and he was charming and engaging — and knowledgeable. The car was well kept, and a driver was included.

What a great tour! I really recommend taking this tour! Our tour guide Abla was not only knowledgeable and super nice but a great photographer. We had an amazing time doing this tour. We got to see amazing places and we learned a lot of history of Cairo in one day.
