I did this tour with my 3 kids (13, 11, 10). My 13yo was able to drive herself and had a blast. We went through a river and up into the mountains. It got a little dusty at times so I would recommend bringing glasses- they supplies us with masks to wear for the dust. It was really fun!

This was a surprisingly fun day. The ATV ride winds through the mountains and jungle of Koh Samui before ending at a waterfall requiring about 10 minutes of hiking (a little difficult, so wear tennis shoes!). The ATV guide doesn’t speak English and there is no additional dialogue other than the owner, who is Australian, providing a quick 5-minute run down on how to drive an ATV. At the beginning of the tour, I was a little nervous driving but warmed up by the end. Definitely rocky, steep, and requires a little dare devil attitude! A couple members in the group opted out of the usual path to a slower, less steep one. Pick-up was prompt and we rode in the back of a pick-up truck on secure, covered benches (commonplace in Koh Samui).

I lagged behind the rest, and the guide asked me to ride with you (sitting behind) for the rougher terrains. And I didn’t want to buy a drink as I was afraid of having to run to the loo, and guide bought water for me and kid. Very nice of him, I remembered to pay him back (plus nice tips for every guide-3 of them). Overall was a very nice experience. bumpy, so be prepared:)

Pretty fun in general, ATVs provided are sturdy and stable. The route is muddy and bumpy enough to be exciting. There are several breakpoints in between and a small detour to visit a waterfall. One point to note though is that the whole group goes in a line. This means that you can’t actually speed all the way and get that adrenaline rush. Maybe a private tour is better if you are looking for speed. Also REMEMBER TO WEAR SLIPPERS and bring a mask if you are worried about breathing in dust and waste gas 😂

Fantastic quad bike tour. We did the 2 hour tour which takes you to a waterfall and amazing treehouse cafe. The terrain was mixed, interesting and easy to follow. It was a great way to see a bit more of Koh Samui and with some amazing views. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting. Our 8 year old son also loved it.

Firstly, as soon as we reached, we were rushed to sign some insurance documents. I went to use the toilet and when I came back (I was away for maybe 3 mins) the safety briefing had already started. Poor instructions on how to operate the ATV. I had to ask the people around me and figure out how to operate the ATV myself.
The path was extremely steep and rocky. I felt unsafe at many points. One of my friends flew off his ATV and the injured himself, due to the poor safety and ATV operation instructions. My friends and I had booked the 2 hours tour, but cut it short to 1 hour as we felt unsafe.
Overall, I will only recommend the 1 hour tour for the experience. After a while, the ATV got really hot and the weather as well. I hope the company will take giving safety and operation instructions more seriously and ensure everyone is briefed well before starting the tour. Please don’t rush, as safety is key.
