Chen was our tour guide and we were very happy during this tour. He was very friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable and gave us insights of the places we tour which made it very interesting. He made it possible to live up with the tour name KL Instagram Tour because he always offered to take our pictures and he knows the right spot and angle to make it a memorable shot. This was such an excellent tour of KL. I only had about 36 hours in the city and didn’t really know where to even start. I booked this tour and was so glad because we covered a lot of ground. I truly had the best day going around the city with Chen as my tour guide. He picked me up promptly at the hotel W Kuala Lumpur. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He also has wonderful photography skills and knows the most beautiful places to take pictures. I am very excited to share them on the ‘Gram and cannot wait to come back to visit KL again. I had an enjoyable day with Hafiz. I don’t think we ever stop talking 😂He’s knowledgeable in any kind from politics, cooking, type of herbs and medicine maybe it’s why he looks so young for he’s age. He’s calm, patient, resourceful and respectful even though he’s on fasting mode because of Ramadan. He is the best guide I’ve ever had in KL so far. You guys really know how to look after your customers by know best and communicate well. Recommend to all travellers to KL.
