Located in South Hobart, the brewery is situated at the foot of Mount Wellington and boasts a beautiful natural setting. As soon as I arrived, I was struck by the stunning scenery and the unique charm of the historic buildings. The brewery was established in 1824 by Peter Degraves, who had emigrated from England to Tasmania in search of a new life.
