    Lack of understanding and support. We could access the lounge due to it location. After a 14 hour flight from Auckland a long hot shower was what we were looking forward to and as it turns out – they were NOT AVAILABLE!

    Good selection of food and beverages
    But disappointed that quiet relaxing space and showers were not available at the time of visit

    Lack of staff and food options. Very busy.
    Poorly designed business premises.
    The guy delivering the clean plates was passing clean plates over the counter, disrupting the queue and cluttering the work surface.

    The lounge is advertised as being available for up to 12 hours, yet luggage can only be dropped off 3 hours before flight. Makes this product all but useless! Don’t fall for the ad talk, it is not true.

    Limited food and drink available hardly any cold cans available. one hot meat dish with rice or noodles. What food was available was tasty.

    Food was ok but unremarkable. Could be improved by having a quiet area and working showers.

    It is closed due to renovations. I need my refund . I need my refund. Have been asking since I found out it was not open – why are you selling tickets to this? It is CLOSED FOR RENOVATIONS. HOW DO I GET MY $$$ back??

    Lounge very comfortable, staff very nice, food and drinks good if a bit limited choice.
    Quiet when we were there but that suited us fine.

    Not a patch on Heathrow Plaza Premium Lounge. Food sub standard in comparison & no USB sockets for charging. Dining area closed. The only plus was the guy who was clearing plates & glasses, very efficient.

    Don’t waste your time and money using this lounge. Poor drink and food selection. Chairs were dirty and disgusting.

    We booked international lounge thinking flying Canada to US. In Vancouver you go through US immigration in Vancouver making it domestic. The domestic lounge is on one side of the airport and the international lounge is on the other. Once you check in, you can’t go to the other. I called about a refund and was told no refund. $126.00 gone. I will not use Viator again.

    Crowed, noisy and not a respite from the airport. Bathrooms were unclean. The food was well prepared and plentiful. Had a 6 hour reservation and departed after 2 hours, The airport proper was quieter. This was the first and last time that I will use this type a lounge again.

    Unfortunately, what you put on the web to is not what you are getting in true life. We expected to have a shower and lounge access and when we got to the Premium lounge, it was relocated to another area, buffet spread of hot and cold dishes and a bar with complimentary soft drinks, juices, house wine and draught beer and the area where the premium lounge was, it was the same as you get at fast food area. We didn’t enter the lounge and contacted viator for our money back.

    This is not worth the money as it is not a true lounge experience. Food was below par and served on paper plates and bamboo cutlery. Drinks and wine are served in paper cups. It is out in open, better to go a bar with comfortable chairs and real glasses

    Good food, relaxed atmosphere and comfortable chairs made an 8 hour wait heaps easier. A far better experience than the general bench seating in the gate waiting areas

    At first we entered the wrong lounge
    The lady in the first lounge was so rude and not accommodating at all
    Told us she had no idea where our lounge was
    When I asked her for her name she said she did not have one
    Absolutely should not be working in the hospitality industry
    Another lady came and helped straight away
    Really hope rude lady gets a talking to

    I purchased the entry package as we had a Long layover between flights. We thought being able to have a shower, some quiet time and a general chill out would be great before our 15 hr flight home. Not to be. The Lounge is being upgraded, we were not told of this beforehand. There were no showers, limited phone charging facilities, it was simply placed in a corner with no walls to allow privacy and some quiet time, no televisions and the range of food was not what would have been available had the proper lounge been open. A simple email explaining the upgrade would have allowed us the choice of keeping our reservation or not. This was not worth the $160 we paid. Very poor service Air Canada.

    It was just waste of money there was nothing available what they said, I asked for rest room and she guid me rest room out side of public restroom.
