We visited on a Tuesday at 9am till 9pm 29/03/22 the lounge was empty so it was very quiet a few people came and went. The food was good just small plates but enough excellent shower facility and the staff more than helpful. The only thing missing was a recliner chair to relax better otherwise a good experience would visit again.

Plaza was great after a 14 hrs flight to Dubai and then waiting for a connection flight to UK. Staff were polite and efficient and the choice of food and drinks was good.
The shower facility was busy early morning but relaxed later in the day.
A great place to stay and avoid the normal airport hassle !

Very relaxing at this lounge. Seats comfortable and a good selection of food. A good place to wait between flights.
One minor issue. Lounge is in terminal 3 but difficult to find. I looked around concourse B for ages before discovering the lounge ( I had to ask someone) is in concourse A. It only takes a few minutes to go between concourses by train.

I had a long stop over alone overnight . The lounge was easy to find once I found out I had to go through scanning. Very calm and relaxing with plenty to eat and drink. Facilities were very clean and comfortable staff, we’re very helpful

It was very nice to be able to shower and relax prior to a 3am flight after having been boring Dubai all day. Facility is nice, not much selection in food though. The most frustrating part was finding it. They need to update instructions to say Terminal 3, Concourse A.

Our connecting flight to Hyderabad, India had a layover of 8 hours; this, after a 16 hour non-stop flight from SFO. After an arduous journey, the Plaza Premium Lounge at the Dubai airport provided an ideal set-up to relax and recharge ourselves with culinary delight in an ambient atmosphere. A real get away and a relaxation point for itinerant travelers. Overall, a value for money.

i had `10 hours to fill and the comfort food and drink was great and i had a shower
i found it hard to find in the huge terminal and maybe some better directions would have helped to find it sooner
it took quite a while to check in even tho i had pre paid
but one inside it was great and staff were very helpful
