After a long and slightly delayed flight it was wonderful to be met by our representative and swiftly guided through all the steps required at immigration and pcr testing. Our rep was extremely efficient and polite. We will definitely use this service again when coming to Thailand and highly recommend it.

I do not recommend this service at all. It was horrible. We were supposed to be VIP, but there was no real lounge, no bathroom in ‘lounge, no water, no food, or Anything. The “lounge’ was a plain room with several chair in it and small table. No real VIP experience. Our luggage was late arriving by 50minutes and we were told we could not sit in the lounge that we paid for; even though we had only been in their for 10minutes tops before the late luggage message. The staff left us downstairs to wait alone. We took out own luggage to the car and had to figure out where covod testing was located. I requested a refund. Will not recommend at all. Poor service

Super happy with the service. As advertised, the agent was waiting for us after we left the plane. He offered to take our cabin luggages and lead us through the whole customs procedure, including the check performed for the “Thai Pass”. We did not have to queue anywhere and went straight to the custom controls + baggage reclaim. While we were waiting, someone else took our passports to pre-register us for the PCR test on arrival so when our luggage arrived, we did not have to wait to get our pcr test. Post that all 3 agents stayed with us until the hotel car arrived (which they were not obligated to).
All in all, a great experience !

Our flight arrived at 11 am and we needed to be at Rassada Pier by 1:30 pm for our ferry to Phi Phi. A representative met us right as we got off the plane and led us to immigration. The immigration line was massive and chaotic – looked like an hour wait at least. With this service we walked through in ten minutes. They loaded our luggage into a van and we made it with time to spare.

Thoroughly worth the money from our point of view. Met as soon as we left the aircraft and taken to the fast track queue for immigration. The ‘normal’ queue was very long but we were through straight away. Bags collected and then put straight into a car to be taken to our hotel. It took all the stress away after a very long flight, it was nice to not have to think or spend time queuing.

We were met from the aeroplane by a very kind young man who helped us through immigration quite quickly. He then helped us to collect our luggage and to meet up with the driver to take us to our hotel. The whole experience helped both my wife and myself to navigate the arrival at Phuket Airport which was very busy. We are both elderly and find that standing in long queues is quite difficult for us. Your young man was very professional and polite. Thank you!
