We weren’t sure what to expect. It was very different however the views are amazing. The balloon room was a disappointment b/c you are only allowed 10 minutes and most people wouldn’t leave which caused the room to be completely packed -the rest of it was easily and enjoyable.

Overall fairly disappointing, signage lacked on the outside to direct you where to go. When you got in the queues were poorly managed. The queues were worse than Disney, with you queueing in so many different spaces to try and detract you from how long you are waiting. Sadly there is nothing to keep you occupied, so it’s pretty evident how long you’re waiting. We booked for 8pm, arrived 7.45 and got in a lift to go up about 8.50. We were lead into a service corridor and into a goods lift, which had pictures on the walls to make it look like it was part for the experience. When we got up, the viewing platforms offered some great views with the art work being unique and making it stand out from any other observation platform in the city.
The cocktails were pretty steep in price given how basic they were.
When coming down we went in the regular passenger lift so saw a bit of a lighting display which made us wonder what we were shortchanged with and missed out on, on the way up.
Overall a bit disappointing as they clearly focus on money over guest experience.
If you have plenty of time and money to waste, worth a visit, otherwise I’d pass.

The interactive experience is fun and 360 view of the city is very cool. There are cameras in the ceiling and several opportunities to have your pictures taken. Cocktails on the 3rd level cafe are good, so would recommend prepaying for drinks and photos are 20 dollars for all digital images on the event site and saving a few dollars.

The views were great. The sensory aspect was something different and the organization of the tour runs very smoothly. We didn’t have to wait too long and the space wasn’t overcrowded. Our face in the clouds was a highlight. One negative for me was the signature cocktail – very sweet and syrupy.
