Breathtaking views with a terrific guide all highlighted in one day. It was a day to appreciate nature’s beauty firsthand and learn the history and geology of Yellowstone. Definitely recommend to all who have limited time to see these wonders of nature. Jesse was extremely knowledgeable of the history and geology of the park and added his own personal experiences which was invaluable.

Very Very knowledgeable and spoke so. all could understand. I had no idea of the geological origin of the area and learned a LOT. He was very willing to answer questions and I had lots: ie. Is the coal of Wyo high or low sulfur, what percentage of energy does Wyo use from the state’s wind turbines? The Pick up from the hotel was a definite plus.

They made us feel welcome and strived to make our experience memorable. I truly believe God brings people across our paths for a reason. I feel blessed that they crossed ours. The most memorable part of the trip was my guide Vicky and driver James. So much knowledge and passion for these Natural forests. Vicky was also flexible with changing up some of the stops based on the needs of the group. This tour was well worth the money.

The tour guide was very pleasant but I feel we did not get all that we could and should have out of our tour. He would tell us an attraction was coming up in 5 miles but as soon as we got there he forget to point it out, We made only five stops. And the last couple hours of the tour he sat up front and talked with the driver.

We booked the Yellowstone Park tour with pick up from our downtown Jackson Hole hotel. We were the first to be picked up by the driver/guide Bob and we then proceeded to other hotels to pick up remaining guests fir this small group tour. Normally once all guests have been picked up the formal part of the tour begins with the guide introducing himself, asking all others where they are from and providing a preview of the day. But with Bob we had total silence – I mean not a single word for about half an hour. Then when the wife of a couple behind us complained that she could not see much from the back, he proceeded to invite her to sit with him in the front. Still nothing about the tour. It seemed we had booked a chauffeur not a tour guide. But actually not only was he incompetent but apparently also more interested in flirting with the wife to the helpless chagrin of her elderly husband. When I specifically asked him if we were gong to get some kind of narration he stated bluntly that if we wanted a narrated tour we had picked the wrong driver. Clearly this guy just did not get care. Throughout the tour we literally had to beg him to stop at key overlooks for example along the Snake River. He did of course make the mandatory stops at Old Faithful and Grand Prismatic, where walking back to the bus he was so animated flirting with the wife of the octogenarian customer that he actually tripped on a stone and slipped and fell!! But of course it did not change his attitude – only the conversation with the object of his vacuous desire turned to health issues, Covid, vaccinations, his own pregnant daughter coming to visit with the wife chipping in with her own stories about her truck driver son and his adventure tires. At one stop Bob flirted with a young single girl while taking her picture asking if she was single. This guy is disgusting and a shame to the community of tour guides in the country. Ultimately Yellowstone prevailed in that even this useless driver could not ruin the natural splendor of the park and it’s gorgeous and breathtaking beauty.
