My password would not work. After entering Yellowstone I got a message that the same password I tried multiple times was correct. At that point I was inside the park with no internet. I could not download it. I want a refund.

This self-driving tour was da bomb! My husband and I aren’t really “tour bus stuffed with people” people. Lol
We thoroughly enjoyed driving ourselves, stopping whenever we wanted, and enjoyed the little facts and amazing history this “tour guide” narrated. It was extremely easy to download and once we figured out we were going clockwise after entering the park it was a breeze.

Thank you to the team that made this! It made our trip to Yellowstone very fun for our kids. In fact, our 7 year old said that the audio your was his favorite part! The tour was well done and interactactive.
Only minor issue was with geofencing. We went counter clockwise from the Northern Entrance and a couple of the audio tracks announced something we already passed just before. This didn’t hinder our experience at all though as our kids just giggled and said “wait! That’s what we just saw?! That was awesome!”

We had the best time! Guide Connor was fantastic and wonderful about stopping for photos, he even took a video of each group going through a big puddle. We learned some history of the wilderness, and would recommend! We also loved the little bus ride up with the dog Guinness!

Couldn’t use the tour due to needing to download an app. I ordered it the night before we drove into Yellowstone from Grand Tetons. There wasn’t service long enough to complete the download. I contacted customer service but they wouldn’t issue a refund. Wasted $15..
