Our guide Stuart was amazing. We even got treated with a visit from the steam clock man who built the clock. Definitely a must do excursion when visiting Vancouver!

Guide did a good job with playing the role and telling history. Interesting and fun. Beautiful area.

We came downtown for a few days to start off our honeymoon and thought that this would be a fun experience. “Stuart” our story teller filled his role to perfection. I look forward to coming downtown again and checking out one of the other many guided tours. Thanks.

It was a really cool tour. I wasn’t sure what to expect in terms of haunted vs history, but the history was really cool. Stuart was really great and very knowledgeable.

We were exhausted from our cruise and thought about bailing. So glad we didn’t. Our guide was fantastic! Theatrical and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Tour was great, Amy really put on a performance. A bit of history and a bit of drama. Overall a great night out

The walking tour was fun and informative! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about Vancouver’s rich history. She brought it to life in such an interesting way. She had us all engrossed in the stories of the past, it was like we were transported to another time. I really appreciated how she acknowledged the importance of the Indigenous people of the area and their contribution to the city.

I’ve been to Vancouver several times and never done anything like this before. It was very interesting and our dramatist, Cole, was very good

Great little historic walk through Gastown with a side of spooky. Very tame and family friendly – highly recommend. Our guide was great and charismatic.

Our guide Alison was AWESOME!! From the minute she greeted us from the minute she ended the tour, I was totally immersed in her storytelling. Even though I knew that she was not a 200 year old woman, I believed every single world out of her mouth. This tour was an amazing way to round out my quick trip to Vancouver & I’m so glad I did it!

Stewart was a great tour guide! A lot of historical facts thrown into this tour! I thought it was more of a haunted tour but still very fun!

Living in Vancouver & having didn’t sone time in Gastown in the past I found the stories were fascinating, well presented by Rebecca enough to take your other tours in future.
Important to note this is not a ghost tour but many of the stories were true & presents in an entertaining way.

Loved it very informative and well done! Our walking guide was amazing ! Details and the photos nice touch

It was a dark and rainy night but our guide was up to the task of leading us through the streets of Gastown. Spencer was an excellent story teller. What a fun way to spend a Friday the 13th in October in Vancouver!!

Cole was wonderfuly in character. It was a bit like a traveling monologue theatrical performance. Definitely not a cheesy ghost tour I’ve been on in St. Augustine and Charleston. It was a fun and active way (nice walking) to hear the history of the city. Cole was great through the drizzle, which only accentuated the lost souls ambiance. We had a good sized crowd, which he handled well also.

Our tour guide was incredible. Her voice, her outfit, the ad libs. She laughed with us, it was an awesome time!

We went on a tour with George (Cole) and it was just spectacular. We wandered the night learning about the fire the gold rush, small pox, and the history of Gastown Vancouver. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great way to see the city and spend an evening.

  18. Natalie_L

Cole was great! He cut a perfect balance between story telling and teaching. There was a lot of random quirks that happened being among the Gastown locals and Cole was an always quick with a joke while never breaking character. We had a great time and you will too!

  19. Melissa_M

Great way to see Gastown! Jarred was fantastic! We really enjoyed the stories, the costume and pictures!
