Awesome tour! Josh, our guide, was very amusing and knowledgeable. The Ugong Rock activity didn’t seem as much during booking, but it certainly paid off! The constantly talking boat driver inside the cave was very annoying (noise is prohibited); no fault of the agency though.

Add said all park permits and fees are included in tour. When we got to the park we had to pay an additional $18 dollar fee. Only people from Viator had to pay.

The representatives of Corazon were at their best and made every effort to switch from a disaster to one of the best tour I ever had. The tour was almost cancelled due to the bad weather but the agency offered instead of a boat tranffer that was not possible due to the coast guard regulation a jungle treck of 4 km each way from the warf to the underground river. Echo and Michelle were very good and attentive during the whole trip even the treck is extremelly difficult especially while raining.

Overall a great experience. I think it was a bit more expensive than others but our hotel pick up was on time and our tour guide was great. Once you get there you have the option of caving for 200 pesos a person (which was very cool) there’s a few tight squeezes and a little bit of easy climbing with a harness and some steep staircases but it was definitely worth doing. otherwise you just sit and wait for your group to go caving and come back. At the top of the caves you can zip line down or choose to walk back down. You can book the zip line as part of your package but you can also just pay while you’re there. And it might even be cheaper just to pay when you get there. It cost me 250 pesos to zip line in the superman position or I think 150 in the seated position. Then you drive to the river and take a boat to the landing area and see some monkeys and giant lizards the size of Komodo dragons. Take your boat tour which was amazing. Thousands and thousands of bats everywhere sleeping. And a few flying around. Everyone gets and audio tour which has interesting info but I found it kind of annoying because instead of enjoying the complete silence of the huge underground caverns you have background music playing in your ear the whole time. So I had mine out for half of the tour. There’s restrooms at every area so don’t worry. But maybe bring your own TP. You will be walking in knee deep water several times so wear flip flops or sandals. Definitely no running shoes. You won’t need them there isn’t any difficult hiking involved. All in all a great experience. Our guide who’s name I will definitely spell wrong (shy, Shai)? Was great. Very funny and good English. Definitely a must see if you’re here!

Rich was our tour guide. Very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommend. The logistics went very smooth and we didn’t find ourselves standing around for more than a couple min at a time. The underground river was spectacular. Would recommend!

A very exciting tour especially when you add the Ugong Rock cave spelunking and zip line. Although we have senior citizens with us, some of them dared to try it. The underground river is one experience that you would never forget . It will make you think what the wonders of the cave will it look like after another thousand years. To mention, Josh, our guide for two days (with another tour), have been especially helpful and has great sense of humor which clicked with all of us in the group, both seniors and juniors 😁.

This was a great tour all around! Our van pick up was on time and our guide was very kind. It took about 1.5 hours to get to the underground river, but first, we stopped at a location where you can zip line down over the ocean coast with the mountains in the background. We didn’t initially plan to do this, but we ended up doing so and it was incredible. You get to walk along a beautiful beach and then about a 15 minute trek up to get to the top of the zip line. the views were incredible. Once you land you walk through a sandbar to get to the ocean and meet your guy back at the van. Then we headed to the underground river. We had to wait about 10 minutes before it was our time to get onto the boat that took us to the river. We saw a few monkeys and they were so cute. The underground river itself was really cool and they give you a audio set that goes through the whole way of the tour. It did seem a little bit long coming back, but pretty neat and you will see so many bats hanging from the ceilings, which was cool. after the river tour, you take the boat ride back to the harbor and are able to eat a Buffay lunch that was pretty good and there are a couple little souvenir shops where you can buy gifts. Afterwards you head back and your day is complete, but it was definitely a really cool thing to do.

Pick up was prompt and well organized. The tour was breathtaking and educational and I felt like they had safety in mind at all times. The tour guide was well educated on the structure and its history. Would recommend this tour to anyone.

Loved experiencing the cave. It’s definitely worth seeing. There’s also an option for ziplining and/Mangrove Tour (located at the same place. We chose the Mangrove tour. It was good to know it’s upkept by the locals and if you are lucky, you might see a snake in the trees 🙂
Just want to warn folks, that there’s a lot of waiting involved. It’s about a 2 hour trip from city proper to the wharf, then a line (at least an hour) for the boat transfer to the underground river location, then another wait for your groups turn for your boat to get into the cave, and lastly, whether or not you choose the ziplining, Mangrove or not, you have to wait for the people in your group to complete the activity/activities.
Patience is needed. Just have fun and enjoy the experience 🙂
