My family knows Egypt and its history quite well, we missed the Egyptian museum in Turin, so we booked a visit with a private guide. I must say that the guide (a young man in his thirties), as well as being kind, was very prepared, clearly passionate about the subject and from what we understand he studied Egyptology. The visit was supposed to last two hours, but without letting us notice or rushing us (we had a lot of questions), the guide completed the entire route in 2.5 hours. One of the most pleasant experiences with guided tours.

We visited the Egyptian museum on October 24th morning. Exceptional experience in itself (the museum deserves all the fame that precedes it) has turned into something truly unique thanks to our unrivaled guide Nars; a very good Egyptian Egyptologist who lived in the places he tells and who studied the Egyptian civilization for most of his life. Nasr accompanied us, far beyond his time obligations, on a journey into the world of the ancient Egyptians. I wish everyone a chance to see the nose with Nasr! It is difficult to imagine a guide, indeed a true travel companion, better!

We happened upon a brilliant blonde professor of a certain age. In two hours she managed to give us an excellent overview of the museum and of Egyptian civilization, despite the large crowding of people. Clear explanations with amusing anecdotes. The only flaw is the price (55 € per person, in our opinion a little too much). Thanks for everything
