This was such a fun experience in a setting that mimicked a real grotto that Napoleon would have played in. The movie was excellent and we learned so much. There are headsets available for a variety of languages and the hosts were lovely! The only issue we had (hence a 4 instead of 5 star) was that this site did not give a clear time to arrive for the experience and we had to wait for an hour which wasn’t a hardship given so much else to see in Ajaccio.

I am glad I picked this. The guy was super nice, especially for France. When we got there, it was a weird time between showings, so I expected to be told to wait outside for a while, but he was like, “Do you want to start it now? Come on in!” There was no one else there. It was a tiny little hole-in-the-wall place; it couldn’t have sat more than 20 people any way, but this just made me like it all the more. He gave us a couple glasses of wine and a locally made packaged cookie. Then we watched a video about Napoleon. It was well acted and interesting. It was nice and cool in the cave-like place, even in August. I would definitely recommend this.

Food was good and history was interesting. More information on the location. Took an unnecessary ride on a train to nowhere from nearby who did not share any information as to where the Grotto Napoleon was located.
