Booked this on Viator after reading all good the reviews but found the yacht, the snacks served and the service below par.
The yacht was not a luxury yacht at all ! And the food served I think would have had better presentation and quality in a 2 star restaurant.
The amazing views did not look so amazing after this.
Our disappointment resulted in us taking another similar sunset cruise from another vendor which was amazing – perhaps what this cruise should have been. What’s more the other cruise had all the bells and whistles luxury all came at a lower price!!
I am more disappointed at Viator as I think they are the ones who should be auditing their vendors as to whether these are as per their claim as it is Viator’s reputation on the line. I hope Viator publishes this review and takes action.
These kind of happenings just leave a bad taste in the mouth for your customers who trust what you write on your website

We were treated to some delicious snacks as we cruised the Bosphorus at Sunset. Initially we were a little disappointed as being last on the boat, we were seated in an area that did not have a clear view of the coasts. However after some moving around the boat, we were able to find a good vantage point. It was a lovely way to spend a sunny evening, and a great way to see a different view of Istanbul.

The cruise was good, again the tour company gave no instructions on the pier and when the guide would be there, had to call them. They say they will pick you up but an extra cost. The guide asked like 10 times to give a good review but his attitude was I could care less. You should do it if you can it is a wonderful experience.

The guide was clued-up about all the sites and made a point of narrating interesting anecdotes about various sites together with a wry sense of humour.
The refreshments are nice and I was just hoping there would be tea/coffee as well for a caffeine connoisseur such as myself but other than that, it’s a pretty good cruise.

It was a great tour on the Bosphorus! the boat is quite spacious, we all felt pretty comfortable, many options to sit down and admire the views and just enjoy the ride. The crew took care of us all the time with plenty of snacks and beverages(non-alcoholic). The guide did a great job of explaining all of us the different places we were seeing along the way, even with plenty of suggestions for what else to visit during our stay.

I am very experienced sunset traveler. We left the dock 25 mins late and missed the amazing sunset promised by the Maiden’s Tower. By the time we traveled along Bosphorus the sun was setting to our left and not much of a view. Returning on other side it had already set and yes light was pretty but not what I expected. Guide was great.
