Apart from a minor hiccup with transfers at the start this was a great family experience for us. The snorkelling was much better than expected and the facilities were comfortable and as you’d expect. The food was outstanding as were the hosts. Definitely recommend.

Lift event happen and when people got sick, you should give refund. And the ad is mid-leading. The food and drink is not included and should clearly states because we are way over pay for just a trip there and back booking with Viator. Will not likely to use Viator to book anymore

Heard great reviews from fellow hotel guests and they also heard from other guests who also went to Cloud 9 and agreed that the 7th Heaven experience was their preferred choice – and for good reason. I was also charged $20 Fijian dollars for hotel pickup and drop off from the Tanoa International Hotel, Nadi as an FYI so be sure to double-check which hotel you’ll be staying at and if you even want this service and to arrange it with the tour operator via Viator chats. The day before they even gave me a reminder call through the hotel phone line which was greatly appreciated as well!
Staff members were great from beginning to end. Radiating positive energy, music, and vibes the moment we left the dock, to the location (45 mins ish ferry ride), and back. If you can’t handle a bit of loud sounds for that long, I would definitely recommend bringing some noise-canceling headphones as they did wonders in calming my nerves down a bit throughout the boat ride.
Greeted by staff at the platform with the Fijian welcoming song which is beautiful btw and the fun atmosphere just continues on for the rest of the day. Just grab an available seat and off to the water activities you go! Swimming, kayaking, canon-bombing off a platform, and my personal favorite snorkeling.
Food and drinks were great as they accept card payments for ultimate ease as well and the prices seem more than fair. The platform and restroom were overall very clean and didn’t feel as cramped as it is pretty tiny considering.
Tips: Be sure to bring these items as they may not have everything complimentary
– Beach/hotel towel
– Sunscreen
– Sunglasses
– Slippers
– Extra change of clothes
– Battery bank
– Noise-canceling headphones (loud music still plays throughout the day there, which is fine and understandable for the vibes for other guests, but will be a challenge for those who want to take a nap there)

We positioned ourselves right in front of the ladies lavatories. Yip, you’d think to avoid that spot. Nah, we had everything we needed within arms length. Beautiful experience beyond words. Young and old! Love love love this day. Milli is the most amazing woman and hostess!! She joins in, and gets the vibe going!!
