Booking through Viator was more expensive because the ticket prices are USD but not advised until checkout. No antipasto plate at end of the tour. So for $80 you got wet and got a dry muffin and cheap wine.

I was disappointed we didn’t get a swim or to do some kayaking.
The website showed pictures of a swimming location as well as people kayaking.
Also found out the Water Lillies don’t flower after 2pm.
Wish we had booked the morning cruise but there was no option to do so on the website. The guide had an almost patronising and a bit of a ‘know it all’ approach. Not enough time to enjoy the serenity with more talk than necessary.
The reviews don’t match the experience that I had.
Still glad I went though.

We had a great tiime through the everglade Safari. The Captaiin was super-informative and departing on-time wiith complementary beer, sparkling wine and beverage. You can swim in the habitat afterward and watching kangaroos afterward. Highly recommended

I’m not really sure what I expected from the trip to be honest, but it really was just a boat trip up the river and back. Some of the other attendees were there for the wildlife/bird watching, but we were told that there wouldn’t really be many at this time of the year and that proved to be true unfortunately. All I saw was greenery and marshland.
Overall the crew were nice and if you’re into scenery then you’ll like it I’m sure, but I’d suggest maybe doing the longer tour where you can swim/dine/kayak if you have time.

Once in a life time experience. The company kept their promise in a reimbursement within the stated time for a family member who had to cancel due to ill health. You have to see the everglades to appreciate the beauty and uniqueness. Great service throughout. Excellent guide.
