Our guide Sean was fantastic and gave us a wonderful, full day trip from Edinburgh to St Andrews and the Kingdom of Fife. Lots of historical information along the way. Sean was quite knowledgeable, courteous and a great driver!

We toured with Beryl, who is personable, experienced and knowledgeable. We chose to begin our day at Scone Palace, which is very worth the diversion, no matter what your interests may be. We found St. Andrews rich in history, but did not need to spend much time there. We saw the golf course by car, but you can get out and visit the new club house, if you want. The abbey, castle and university are interesting (particularly the university chapel), but the town is small and you don’t need more than 2 hours to walk through it and see everything, even if you listen to the audio tour of the castle (recommended.) The last part of the journey,, driving through the fishing villages of Fife, was lovely!

The entire trip exceeded our expectations. From the time we met Sean in port we felt like we were traveling with an old friend. His knowledge about the history of the Kingdom of Fife and his personalized service while we visited Saint Andrews was perfectly explained where we could appreciate the information without being overwhelmed. Sean and Beryl were in constant contact with us and replied to our emails, text and calls within minutes. We have traveld to several countries and have used private tour guides however, Sean and Beryl were the best.

Friendly driver, very informative, and made the trip comfortable and fun. Loved the stop in Falkland and the history of it. St. Andrew’s was the best. Picture on the bridge a highlight as well as eating at the club house. Walking around the university and through the church was fascinating. Loved his stories about the place. The stop at the distillery was fun and very enjoyable. I would recommend this tour to anyone into golf, history, scenery, and fun.
