They were not waiting for us – the friendly airport staff had helped us out but still ended up waiting for an additional 30 minutes. Disappointed after flying over 30hrs to not have our car service waiting for us. we did end up getting picked up and the driver was nice. we were just really annoyed.

Whole experience was very smooth.
Cab driver was waiting for us, with a board listing our name. He helped us load the baggage and off we went to the hotel. He suggested we stock up on the basics at a supermarket on the way to hotel as things there as there weren’t such shops near the resort we were going to be staying in. I’m glad we stocked up on them.
All in all, happy with the whole experience.

This is truly a private car! The drivers are exceptionally professional and friendly and share insights during the ride, but also allow for quiet time for long commutes too. Ali was waiting for us at the airport and even though our flight was delayed, he was very friendly and informed us that our ride was an hour and even offered to wait for us to use the restroom – very kind!
This experience was way better than with Tour Managers where they group multiple people together and are not transparent about when you have to make transfers – while napping on the second bus for Tour Managers, we were woken up to transfer onto the third bus on the side of the road.
The resort booked us with Tour Managers; had we known better, we will always book with Uniquely Fiji because these are private transfers and they are about the same price.
Plus – the people were nicer!

This was the most perfect transfer we could have asked for.
The car was very spacious and fit our 3 large suitcases with ease, the air conditioning was perfect and the vehicle even had free wifi.
Our driver Mohammed came early and was waiting for us at the arrivals terminal, he was friendly and a very safe driver, he really made the journey very comfortable for us.
We couldn’t have asked for a safer and more comfortable journey and driver.

The guy was at the airport didn’t have our name on list of arrival for the day. After showing him the booking from my email. He found our booking. The he ran out of cars he booked us a Taxi. The taxi driver told us this happened to many arrivals.
Wasted 45 minutes at the airport.
