    Communication was non- existing . My flight number was changed and delayed . I reached out by sending a message with the info 24 hours before my flight for the new pick up arrival time asking for confirmation that someone will be at the airport . I didn’t heard back , waited an 1 hour at the airport , called 4 times . First time , the lady said , someone is there but couldn’t give me description of who I am searching for . Finally after numerous called , a gentleman said no one is there as my new flight info was not read by anyone in the office due to holidays . I ordered an Uber to bring my family and I to the hotel . I will be requesting my full refund upon my returns to the US. And I already cancelled my order for hotel pick to airport . Flash Horizon Tourism , a part of Viator failed us .

    Our plan was delayed. The driver had to wait over an hour for us. They were there and easy to find. The communication was easy and smooth. We felt safe. There was some miscommunication on the transfer. I thought I booked round-trip but this is only one-way. Pay attention to this. This is better than trying to get an uber at the airport but on your return from your hotel, an uber is fine and less expensive. All-in-all, a good experience.

    We we’re waiting at the Dubai Airport Meeting point for nearly an hour. Numerous phone calls and stuffing around prior to getting lift. Airport staff were very helpful in finally locating the bloke that was supposed to meet us. He says he was in the wrong Terminal!!!!!
    We we’re going to use same service from hotel to airport on Tuesday but due to your unreliability we can’t risk missing flight because of your crap service.
    Never thought I’d say this but a taxi would be more reliable.

    Very disappointing overall. We expected to be taken to our hotel in something other than an old, beat up Toyota van in Dubai (nothing like what was pictured). The tour operator that shuffled us down to our driver was so consumed with talking with another family he was escorting as well, that we were left wondering what was happening the entire time. No personalization or attention to us whatsoever. The extra star is only because of the friendliness of our driver.

    Once my plane landed I immediately got a text from Fetty stating that he was there waiting for me. Once we left baggage claim he was there waiting for me. Fetty also gave me some great recommendation of where to go in Dubai. I will be using this company on my way back to the Airport. A great experience.

    Booked in paid for airport transfers days prior to our trip. After we landed there was NO REPRESENTATIVE from Flash Horizon Tourism. We loomed for a while and made alternate arrangements. Upon reaching the hotel, I was able to access my email to find they CANCELED on us while in the air. NOT COOL!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! ESPECIALLY WHEN TRAVELING WITH KIDS!!!

    My compromising of with the customer service part of Viator. After a mixup of the transportation pickup time on the part of your company. A request for a refund was denied. The reservation was made with the customer service representative on the phone and was put into the system incorrectly. After calling to complain only option given was to put in a request for a refund via email. Email receive with no explanation but denying refund. Had to scramble at the last minute to arrange alternate transportation. Ironic that this company odd owned by TripAdvisor … that is a Joke! Will not use this company again
