  2. Becca_N

This was a great tour and just as described. The thermal pool was beautiful with the only downside being that there were people advertising and taking photos. The tour guide was knowledgeable and knew her history. The company was easy to work with and it was a simple booking process. I would definitely recommend this tour!

It was a wonderful experience at Pamukkale and Hierapolis. A mixed of historical sites and phenomenal natural wonder. It was a 4-hour return journey but the drive was present. We had 4 hours at the site to explore both Pamukkale and Hierapolis but we did not spend time on the Cleopetra Pool. I would have given a five star rating if we did not waste 20 minutes of our time taken to a workshop. I know the travel agent got paid to take tourists there but it was a waste of time.

This trip was an absolute delight, with everything exceeding our expectations. The tour guide was exceptional – incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about various aspects of the country’s history and culture. The entire crew, including the driver, was punctual and fluent in English. The Pamukkale site was a rare gem that we were fortunate to experience in our lifetime. However, I would highly recommend not limiting your visit to just the main attraction. Take a hike and explore the surrounding areas to discover other hidden gems and soak up the breathtaking scenery of the mountains.

This was a well-organized tour to Pamukkale.
    Pros:
    – Pick-up and drop-off were included as well as lunch (in a beautiful villa by the mountains).
    – The tour guide, Bekir, was really good. He was funny and entertaining. He answered everyone’s questions well. He has good recommendations for anything you need.
    – I like the idea of letting the tourists explore the area on their own after explaining the layout of Hierapolis. I would say we were given enough time to explore and prepare ourselves after swimming.
    Cons:
    – There were more than enough stopovers before arriving at Pamukkale. It’s a 3hr drive already from Antalya, and we could have arrived at Pamukkale earlier if we had 1 less stop.
    – If I could recommend anything, it would be to remove the stop at the stone factory or put it towards the end of the tour. People spend some time here shopping and it shortens the time we could’ve used in Pamukkale instead.
Overall this was really good. If I could give it an extra star for the tour guide I would. I would also recommend this to a friend if they were visiting Antalya.

This tour was so well organized and enjoyable! I had a wonderful day. Lots of variety and options on this tour. Very informative with a good balance of freedom to explore on your own and also a wealth of information and history from our guide. The group size is so nice being a small group we could move around easily and had more time to see all the sites I feel like every detail was considering and every possible comfort and enjoyment included with great time management, clear communication, a fun and knowledgeable guide and great price for so many great experiences in one. I Definitely would go with this company again. You want quality and fun this is the one for sure. I had just an amazing day with them

Our guide was great, funny, told us interesting facts and was very helpful. The lunch was excellent. I definitely recommend this tour.

The tour guide Bekir was incredible – he clearly loves what he does and has a passion for tourism. Pamukkale, Hierapolis, and the Cleopatra pool (which only costs an extra 130lira, I think, so definitely worth it) were all part of the same beautiful site, which he gave us ample time to walk around (though by going into the pool first, we spent too much time in there to properly spend elsewhere, but that’s our fault!).
We also chose to do the paragliding in between lunch and Pamukkale, which was really well-organised as a diversion from the rest of the tour group. It was only 80euro and was an incredible experience. My only caveat would be too much focus on taking photos (because then you can pay an additional $40 – yes, different currency – for the photos.
I have one complaint with this tour, which have NOTHING to do with Bekir and everything to do with the tour operator:
They make you stop at a stone ‘factory’ – it’s a giant store selling stones and stuff made out of stones. I don’t know how else to describe it but like a Walmart of stones with staff yelling at you trying to sell their wares – I heard ‘Hey, lady! Hey lady!’ multiple times. Other tour busses also stopped there, so maybe it’s just some sort of scam agreement that all tour companies have with the stone store since it’s right before Pamukkale. So if you can’t avoid it unless you rent a car, then you might as well go on this tour because Bekir is fantastic. We waited over a half hour for everyone in the group to have finished shopping (like, two our of fifteen of us), so that precious time really could have been better spent at the actual tour site the tour is for, that we all paid for.

Merve the tourist guide is very good. She is bery pleasant and knowledgeable about the history. Will really recommend

  10. Abdur_S

The views were amazing in Pamukkale. Our tour guide was amazing and really made the tour really enjoyable.

  11. Yonah_D

Beautiful place. Long drive. Lunch was good. Guide was nice and flexible. Visited multiple shops to buy things which is typical to tours.

  12. Gyorgy_F

From boooing to pickup everything went smoothly. Bring your towels flip flops and bathing suit with!
Our guide Bekir is and awesome man. He is enthusiastic and had a deep knowledge of history and culture. his personality made the trip very special.
the bus ride was 2.5-3 hours from Antalya.
The lunch was delicious and you could eat whatever you like.
After we went to Hierapolis which is an interesting place. Some ruins there shows how big the town was.
The hot water spring is awesome.
There are lockers and cabins in that you can change your dress.
Carefully on the white stones it is very slippery. But you can make nice photos there.
The Cleopatra pool is a great place to relax so don’t miss it.

DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR! We had a horrible experience and we think we ended up getting scammed!
When we got to Pamukkale, our tour guide Bekir (Bashir) Yavuz told us we could go paragliding before visiting the hot springs. He clearly told us multiple times that the cost would only be 8 euros. I asked him the price again, just to be sure because 8 euros seemed kind of low, and he clearly repeated 8 euros. 5 of us decided to go paragliding. When we landed at the end of the paragliding, the paragliding guides demanded that we pay 80 euros, not 8. The five of us were all shocked as we all clearly heard it would only cost 8 euros. After arguing for about 45 minutes with the paragliding company, they called our tour guide Bekir. Bekir reacted very unfriendlily and aggressively, demanding each of us to pay the paragliding company 80 euros. When we refused to pay, we were brought to Bekir who aggressively demanded we pay. He said that if he didn’t pay, he would leave us at Pamukkale which is very far from Antalya where we were staying. We weren’t sure how or if we could get transport back to Antalya, so our only option was to pay the 80 euros for each person. Bekir threatened and gaslighted us by saying that he said 80 euros, not 8. His English was very good and we were all native English speakers so there’s no reason for us to believe he really did say 80 euros. We are almost certain that this was a scam and that Bekir was involved. We all think that he probably gets some kind of commission from the paragliding company by sending tourists there and his strategy to get more tourists to do paragliding is to trick them into thinking the price is only 8 euros. However, even if Bekir was actually not involved in the scam, his way of handling the situation was very unfriendly, threatening, aggressive, and unprofessional. All of the arguing took about an hour or more of our time so we ended up not having enough time to see all of the highlights of Pamukkale. The trip was very unenjoyable and the other people, even those who didn’t choose to go paragliding, seemed unhappy too.

This trip was fantastic. Got to see many amazing sights and the guide was very knowledgeable. We’re given alot of free time as well to explore and see some amazing sights. Food was good and had a great day

  17. Deanna_E

Really enjoyed my day trip to Pamukkale! Bekir was a great tour guide, looked after us well! The cotton castle did not disappoint, it was breathtaking to see in person. We had the option to paraglide – first time going and it was an amazing and safe experience. We were given a lot of free time to do what we wish. Thank you!

  18. Timothy_C

Merve was an amazing guide. She is extremely knowledgeable and gives great advice on what to see first. Hierapolis was fantastic, the 3.5 hours there was plenty of time to explore and walk around, though you would need about twice the time in order to see everything.

  19. Russ_K

Tour time of traveling is long, anywhere from 2.5-4 hour’s depending on your location. The tour guide, Bekir, was amazing and knowledgeable. With him the time went by so fast and we have learned a lot about Turkey culture, history, hospitality and destination.

  20. Emily_N

Such a beautiful historic site! We had a fantastic tour guide and driver. We expected to be exhausted after such a full day but we arrived back at the hotel feeling great! Would recommend this trip for everyone.
