It is nice that they pick you up and drop off at hotel, and our tour guide was very kind but unfortunately the issues we had with this tour were with the company itself and it’s operation. First we arrived 40 minutes prior to our scheduled cruise time (which was later than what was expected) and had to queue outside the entrance while the passengers of the previous session finished up, and while the tables were cleaned etcetera. When we were seated at our table we found our floppy paper drinks menu, one which we had to share with other tables. The drinks menu can not even stand up. You don’t get a chance to sit by the window if you’re in a table of less than 4 people. The food was extremely underwhelming, not authentic and housed flies. The food was lukewarm at best and served at 9:20pm (we were starving). There was a lot of feedback from the microphone causing us to cover our ears. At one point they accidentally turned the lights out and it was pitch black, causing some panic. We wish we could have left prematurely, but unfortunately you must wait until they are ready. I took some pictures but unfortunately it won’t allow me to upload them here.

The dinner cruise in Cairo last 2 hours but they will start with the food one hour after, and on the top of that the line to get the food will last no less than 30min… the food wasn’t bad, but wasn’t Egyptian good either… average… the only difference with the 5 stars cruise is just the wifi offered, besides that Is exactly the same! There is not trip along the Nilo river… u don’t really get to enjoy the river… just the dancers and singers doing their show for an hour what makes u get tired after a while because we go there to eat and enjoy the show but they do it separately.
The dinner doesn’t include the drinks and they wouldn’t allow credit cards which makes no sense at all
The tour guide was very kind.

The cruise was a nice way to kickoff my Egypt trip. Simple and fun after a long days journey. Muhammad was the driver and Zain was the guide and they made the journey to and from the dinner cruise a cool one. Gave me some history during the drive and played nice music. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to do it. The entertainment on board was cool to watch. There was a live band, a male dancer, and a belly dancer. All of which did well in performing.

I had a wonderful night! My guide, Basma, was an excellent host to me, the conversation was awesome and she made me feel very comfortable, also she was really caring about my enjoying the experience. The driver and the car were of the utmost comfort, the dinner was okay (nothing really impressive if you’re going just for the food) but the show and experience were cool.

Mahmoud Anwar was so helpful and friendly. The dinner cruise was very good value for money, the entertainment was good. However because of a late start, the meals were rushed.

Amazing experience and dinner! We were picked up from our hotel timely. The transfer vehicle was nice. The show lasted through the entire dinner. The food was amazing! Buffet style. This is an necessary experience when visiting Cairo.

Dances, dinner, cruise, views, all packed into 2h. Definitely worthwhile. Don’t bother with the higher priced options, there seems to be very little difference. Food might be ok for many people, but for vegetarians the main course was rice and potatoes. Given that 10% of the world population are now vegetarians and growing and most attendees are international visitors, this seems very ignorant by the organizers. There should be at least one option like falafel, pizza, spinach quiche/ravioli/Lasagne, so many options easy to include if someone just shows a little thoughtfulness. Instead they had 4 meat/fish dishes. However, overall great. If they adjust their menue deserves 5 stars.

The company driver never showed up and we missed the entire cruise after we paid for it. We were not given an alternative cruise or refund. Do not use this company.

There is no label where those with upgrades will sit. Everybody eat the same food. Shrimps are not fresh.

This Nile Dinner Cruise in Cairo was more than we expected. The people were friendly and courteous. The food was excellent, and the servers were very attentive. The band and the Belly dancers were terrific. This is a must-do when in Cairo.

I had high hopes for this experience but they were dashed from the moment of arrival at the cruise ship ‘Andrea’ – upwards of 400 people from various different tour groups (coach loads, minibuses, private tours) waiting to board the three level boat (open top deck and two sweaty, cramped lower decks housing 200+ people each). It took 20 minutes to be seated as various staff/tour guides argued as to who was to sit where. We were moved three times. All of this time music was blaring out of the speakers as if at a school disco. Chaos then ensued as people randomly surged into a queue for the buffet dinner as the boat departed. We waited for 15 minutes and the queue had still not abated so decided to explore the top deck… this was the highlight of the evening. There were very few people here (mostly the tour guides taking a break) and it was a time to relax from the noise and pandemonium. Incidentally, at this point, we were not even offered water and this is now 30 minutes into the ‘experience’. We returned to the bottom deck to discover over half were now eating and there was still a queue for the buffet. Now there was what seemed a karaoke act with some random guy belting out his favourite cover songs still at the same unpleasant decibel. My friend joined the queue and I said I would try and secure us some drinks. This did not happen despite 5 attempts at politely waving, beckoning and physically approaching staff. So I joined my friend at the buffet only to find that the food now was barely luke-warm. Returning to our seats, my chair was now missing and I had to navigate through children and their grandparents dancing around the karaoke man on a 3mx3m ‘dance’ floor to get a replacement. After our cold dinner, we were eventually given some wine at 9:30pm which was warmer than the food. We were now so irritated and deflated by the whole chaotic, disorganised mess that we retreated to the relatively empty, peaceful, open-air upper deck for the last remaining minutes until docking back at the start point. The was, quite frankly, one of the worst ‘experiences’ I have ever attended – poor organisation, management and no regard for customer service or satisfaction. Unless you enjoy tacky weddings, over-crowding and hearing loss – dodge this bullet.

Everything was as I expect ir. Our tour guy Haitham was increíble very atentiive. Polite. Always making sure everything was ok.

The food was not that great. The drinks are not included. There is smoking allowed indoors so be prepared for that. Everyone wants a tip or wants to sell you something even if they don’t service you. I wanted a nice dinner on the Nile—- not to be harassed. The tour guide was good.
