There was a van that picked us up from our hotel. We were dropped off at the cable car entrance and had some time before meeting up with the small bus tour group. The tour guide was very informative and took us to the big spots on Sentosa. Very efficient and worth the trip! We were done by early afternoon with plenty of time to explore on our own.

It does not say it has a sea world pass and we spent the monies separately on that also lot of those thi gs on the island are free any how but the wat it was described it was not correct

El viaje estuvo muy bonito , la recogida muy bien , aunque pensábamos que teníamos regreso al hotel y no fue así , el tour dice que tiene recorrido en autobús por la isla y a nosotros no pero si la recorrimos en los teleféricos , pero a pesar de eso estuvo muy bonita , pero nos hubiese gustado más información en la isla

Unfortunately our experience which was meant to be a morning trip to Sentosa Island did not commence properly until 11am due to difficulties with QR & Bar coded tickets. It would have been much easier & quicker to supply printable or downloadable tickets for each event and for each individual participant prior to arriving at the cable car. It was not explained that a good internet connection is required and god help those who dont have internet or even a smart phone. This problem occurred at each of 4 experiences on the day and resulted in one couple missing out on the Aquarium altogether

If you like everything to be organised for you, then this is for you. No issues with pick-up from hotel, driver was friendly and answered any local queries. For those on a tighter budget, you may simply wish to arrange to go via mrt yourself to get to Sentosa and get cable car tickets etc yourself

Got picked up at hotel in mini bus. Got dropped off at cable car entrance Mt Fabre. Bus driver took off. No instructions. Ticket office at cable car booth would not accept the Viator voucher sent to my phone via email. I was stranded and had to pay to go on cable car to Marina Sands then Taxi back to hotel. For your price charged total $A151 – disgusting. Did nort even get to Sentosa. I am 73 yrs old fit but with a recent knee operation cannot walk miles down a hill looking for a taxi in middle of nowhere. Thanks Viator for nothing. I am world travelled. Would never use your company again.

Spend so much time messaging the company we were unable to download our tickets ( numerous times ).
Tickets pdf will not download, just a horrible experience.
We were not able to do “4D”… tickets will not download.
Replies on messages are too slow.

WE were picke dupo from our hotel as promised. the driver had another couple to pick up at a different hotel, but got lost goin there. We went round in circles in the Singapore CBD whilst the driver looked at his phone trying to work out where to.
When we got to Mt Faber (the iitial toru starting point) the operator would not recognise my voucher and she had to downlaod tickets for all aspects of the tour. The mSky gondola to Sentosa was good. The bus tour of Sentosa was good. The 4d adventure was very ordinary. Not having a transfer back to our hotel built in to the tour was an issue – we couldn’t gate a taxi and ended up catching the bus. If you want to do this tour you can do it directly – do NOT go through Viator.
