It is a large boat with indoor rooms and an outdoor space at the back where we are installed. 30 min late departure. Stop in Paros, then 1h30 to Koufonissia. On board, I had a coffee and a packet of cookies 8€ (price not indicated). They drop us off at 11:30 a.m. and ask for a return at 5:15 p.m. Nothing else in the performance. No visit, no explanation. Koufonissia is worth it, walking east there are white sand beaches and the water is sublime. A few restaurants. I should have planned a picnic.

Boat that transports to the island of Koufounissi. The detour to Paros takes time. You can sit outside which is nice. However, be careful if you stand outside at the back of the boat, as soon as you start you will receive ashes on you (damaging because it stains clothes/shoes etc.), on your return you will be sprayed with water. In the middle of August, the boat is full, a lot of people. It’s just a transfer, there are no environmental comments.

Totally recommended! The island is beautiful. We didn’t take bikes, and we walked to Pori beach, passing Devils Eye. A bit of a beating walking, if you take a mountain bike to access the beaches. The weather on the island is fine. Two more hours would have been great, as well as organizing to spend the night.
