Fly over most of the island with a stopover at Weimea Canyon. There you have the opportunity to take some nice photos of the canyon. Then we continue towards the NaPali coast, which can only be reached by air or by boat. On the way back we flew into a crater with a lot of waterfalls. Overall a nice tour. The helicopter is loaded with 6 people. The seats are allocated according to weight distribution and you cannot change even after the stopover. The office is a bit away from the airport and you will be taken by shuttle.

The helicopter experience was wonderful: perfect weather for the tour, an extraordinary vantage point to contemplate Jurassic Park Falls, Waimea Canyon and finally the Na Pali Coast, and even a stop at Olokele Canyon. Micah, the pilot, took the time to give us explanations while making us have a good time and sharing his passion for Kauai with us. An unforgettable experience.

Such a helicopter flight is absolutely great on Kauai, also because you need a registration for many NPs, for example for hiking along the Na’apali Coast Trail (often fully booked months in advance). Safari-Tours has special permission to land at a canyon that is in the Waimea Canyon area = beautiful.
