Overall the organisation of the day was spot on, minimal waiting and everything provided was of a high standard. The seaplane flight was exciting and the views spectacular. It was the most amazing experience I ever had the only complaint is we thought we were to be supplied bottles of water a so didn’t take water with me and the lunch meal didn’t give us a second choice

An amazing experience. The flight over the Archipelago was incredibly scenic, buzzing through the horizontal falls was exhilarating, lunch was delicious and staff so friendly and informative. Shark feeding, cyclone creek cruise and sea plane flight were also fun.

The full day trip was bloody amazing. Although the time spent actually at the falls was less than an hour there was enough experiences and activities to keep everyone happy.

Next day trip cancelled, so steo one having the trip was great.
Day was perfect for flight photography.
Saw and rode the 2 falls as tide was perfect for this.
Shark snorkel with ‘Dicon’ hoovering fish interesting, esp in sea current.

It was a great trip from the word go, great 4×4 bus trip, excellent Cygnet pearl farm tour as well as the aboriginal aqua culture farm. Fantastic flight to the Horizontal falls, beautiful lunch and was great swimming with the sharks and that’s where it ended, with the tide changing there was no “falls” , the boat went thru the 20 metre gap a couple of times then we waited about 20 minutes and he did about 3 more runs and then returned to the pontoon for our return flight home, a lot of us felt flat and disappointed. It was no different than me talking my boat thru Port Phillip Heads on a change of tide.
I would have thought that you guys are the experts and would have been able to manage the timing of the boat going thru the falls better, considering the amount of money this costs and the fact that most of us are travelling thru and only get one shot at this.
I did say that I would recommend this trip, but it will come with major warnings to who ever asks me
