We had a wonderful trip to Savannah. The ride was very enjoyable, with plenty to see. The captain and crew were great. There is a snack bar with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and coffee, and rest rooms below deck. I wish we would have known they sold trolly tickets on the boat at a reduced rate, and the trolly is waiting for you when you get off the boat. We wasted a little time trying to find our prepaid trolly. There isn’t a whole lot of time in Savannah, about 3 1/2 hours. It gives you about enough time for a narrated trolly ride that has about 14 different stops, and lunch. The trolly drivers are very informative and tell interesting stories. The houses and squares (little parks) are gorgeous. If you really want to see the city, you need a couple of days there.

We took seats on the lower level for the trip to Savannah. We could not see a thing through the windows, they were dirty and misted over. Very disappointing.
On the trip back to Hilton Head we took seats on the open top deck. It was absolutely beautiful and very enjoyable.
We felt that the crew was terrific…polite, accommodating, and kind. And we felt the boat was piloted safely and professionally.
