Love to give feedback to the crew, we were a group of 4 and instead of having us jump one after the other, they made people we front know jump in between us, so one of my friend jumped at 2pm and I was the last one to do
It at 5pm long time in between it was not very well organized. Also be ready to be reschedule if condition are not good, we were supposed to jump at 10am in morning but ended up leaving and we came back once condition were better we lost a day of our vacation

I executed a graceful and seamless jump, but I cannot give a full 5-star rating due to some confusion about the sequence of events and the location of the check-in. Although the training on the platform was brief and lacked thorough explanation, I was instructed to keep running. Additionally, I advise against wearing shorts as the harness can cause discomfort or irritation by grabbing the skin.
Despite my inability to capture the experience on video or in pictures due to insufficient space on my phone, the staff kindly emailed me a link. Overall, I highly recommend booking this experience.

I booked to do the hang gliding but was only given option to do paragliding on the day, although other operators did offer hang gliding from same spot? An hour of waiting around for the huge number of other customers and preferable wind , then a very short flight, literally 5 mins in the air.

Trip was amazing, the group was extremely accommodating with timing so that you were able to have the best experience. Beto was extremely communicative and responsive via Whatsapp to help get a better understanding of expectation. Also Bebe which I flew with was was amazing! He ensured to walk me through and train for jump off, his energy was joyful and fun which made for ultimately a better experience. I would recommend this trip to everyone. Well worth every penny spent.

Wow! What an experience! John my pilot was very affable and made me feel completely comfortable. No fear of the process except a slight uneasiness just before I ran down the ramp to jump off the cliff! The flight itself was even better than I thought it would be. He flew me all over the mountains, over the ocean and even over the road just before we landed. Worth every penny. I did purchase the optional wide field video. I know I would regret it later if I didn’t. Who knows when I’ll be back to Rio to to it again! Highly recommend this experience with Rotofly!
