This tour was truly amazing! Robbie was my tour guide and I gave him a nickname of legend because he is legendary! Robbie has a wealth of knowledge, he is a bushman and has been doing these tours for over 15 years! Walvis Bay is gorgeous, Robbie takes his time, answers questions and has stories for days! This tour had sites, adventure, food and a fun guide! The dunes were breathtaking. 4×4 ing straight down and across and back up again made your heart start racing. The food, especially the oysters (best I’ve had) were so delicious. Elmar our guide was knowledgeable, extremely friendly and kept us laughing. Hands down one of the most amazing tours I’ve done. Highly recommend.
The only important piece of information I’d like to pass along is that even with my international data plan, there is no service in Namibia. So when you’re sent the ticket voucher two days before the tour, I couldn’t access it. It was confusing getting off the cruise ship and not knowing there were two gates and that our guide would be at the second.

The guide (Len) was a darling sweetheart. Phenomenal driver and knowledgeable about the town and parts of nature that were seen. Of course nothing beats seeing the dunes juxtaposition to the ocean. That scenic view can never be experienced enough. What a wonderful natural sight. Scary beautiful.
