Uns wurden für den gewünschten Tag Tickets angeboten und verkauft, dann bekamen wir sogar noch eine Nachricht, dass die Bustour an diesem Tag stattfindet. Aber ätsch, nix wars. Wir standen sehr lang an der Haltestelle, kein Bus. Auf Nachfrage im Tourismusbüro hieß es, dass an diesem Tag überhaupt keine Bustour stattfindet. Auf der Webseite des Betreibers fand sich darüber keinerlei Info. Man meinte, die Tickets gelten ja länger. Sinnlos, wenn man nur einen Tag in Frankfurt ist. Wir hätten gern unser Geld zurück. Ind wünschen ausserdem keine Textnachrichten, Emails und andere Werbekontaktierungen des Betreibers. Alles in allem, komplett unerfreulich und nicht zu empfehlen.

The tour was okay, but the drivers, who also check you in are not very friendly. And you can ONLY start tour at beginning. You can hop and and off anywhere once you check in at the main starting point. However, the buses Don’t run a schedule so be prepared to wait and wait and wait.

Entgegen der Promo und den Prospekten fahren die Busse aktuell nur einmal die Stunde. Ein ein- und aussteigen ist daher nur sehr begrenzt möglich. Es konnte zudem kein Kontakt zum Anbieter hergestellt werden. Daher der Tipp: lieber den normalen Linienbus nutzen und von A nach B fahren und Geld sparen.

I think IT needs More stops and to make clear where the Bus stops are, also the Bus doesn’t stop at each location untill you request to. The bus was very Clean. The Tour started on time. IT needs an App to Show where the Bus ist on real time, I’ve Taken Tours like this in other Places and they has that.

We started at the Hauptbahnhof and were told we would be back in about an hour (which is how long the tour was supposed to take). I understand that traffic is not always predictable but we were parked at one stop for 30 minutes. It took almost two hours. My daughter had to catch a train and it was very stressful not knowing whether or not she would be able to do that. We had not taken the tour, had we known how close to the train departure we would come back. Stressing over this, definitely took away from the experience and she had to run to catch her train.

I got to the St. Paul’s stop, and then waited 20 minutes for the bus to go. There is no music or anything to let you know that the audio is working. The tour is all about modern Frankfurt, tall buildings and businesses. It was quite hot on the upper deck, and relatively crowded. Be sure to take a hat, and maybe even a fan if you are going in the summer. Not a bad way to spend an hour, but I think a walking tour would have been better.
